Summary: Comic book fun with a female Tarzan.
Review: Comic book fun gives girls a chance to have a Tarzan like superhero. Predates the Xena craze which in this case allows lead character to not only be strong but have a sexy innocence. Kids will like the animals and colorful action, while adults will like the African scenery and role reversal relationship between Sheena and the male lead. Rated PG for jungle violence and some brief unoffensive nudity, this cute family action picture might be worth a look if your looking for an old fashioned Indiana Jones type of film.

Summary: OK, I give! I love it. :)
Review: How many of us are going to ADMIT to loving this movie? Come on, come on, you know you loved it then and you still like it now. This was one of those movies I watched EVERY time I caught it on television as a kid, and I still enjoy it now as one of those guilty pleasure movies. Don't expect an Oscar-winning storyline or deep, meaningful dialogue. This is 80's cinema at its best, so to speak. :) However, there is one seriously great thing about this movie. The scenery! It's downright beautiful, and it's why I keep coming back to it. If you want to sit down for a couple of hours and watch something that doesn't require a degree to interpret, this is your film. Enjoy!

The only problem with this movie is the plot, it doesn't get to you very well.

Summary: Is three stars too many?
Review: I have seen this movie a couple of times in the past 20 years. The first time I saw it back in '85, I actually liked it (THEN) I just bought this movie because it reminded me of something out of my childhood, So after 20 years here are my thoughts now that time has moved on...The acting in the movie is HORRIBLE. The Plot is beyond bad, and I would think offensive to tribes in Africa. However, like some of the other reviewers The Music, and the Sceneary in Kenya is MAGNIFICIENT, (Including Tanya's body, I admit that, and I am gay!!!) Just too bad there is a silly storyline. ONLY if this movie was Tanya Roberts Riding on the back of Zebras NUDE doing a documentary, I really think that would of fared better. This is one movie where I feel it really is a mixed bag.... The movie has some goodies to offer, just do not expect a whole lot.

Summary: Really a review of Amazon
Review: I liked Sheena so much (the music and scenery) I own three full screen copies. I very much wanted the widescreen so I orderd it from Amazon. This is the fourth time I have purchased a product from Amazon that was not as advertised. Beware. This is a full screen version, not widescreen as advertised, as are other films advertised by Amazon. I buy hundreds of dollars worth of products from Amazon each year, yet I have never found that funds from any one of the four mis-advertised products returned were ever credited to my account. It takes a lot of time and effort to return products so I believe Amazon sends anything they want hoping we will not bother to return it. As for me, this is my last order with Amazon. There must be hundreds of other companies that would be happy to get my business. Richard

Summary: The Best is Tanya Roberts
Review: I only buy this movie by the presence of the beautiful Roberts,her face and curves and just perfect,the other the scenary of Africa and the wild animals.
I must say that this Dvd version dissapointed me a lot;I thought of great extras but instead there's only film trailers of another movies from the studio and also the sound is in Dolby Surround Stereo instead of 5.1
A good entertainment.
