Summary: Batman and Robin- the 4th installment
Review: I have recently checked a list of the top 10 worst movies of all time, and this one was on it at #4. ARE YOU KIDDING ME>? I think that this movie is one of the best Batman movies made. If you like action, and the Batman series, then you will love this movie. I especially loved it because of the new enhanced special-effects, the awesome new costumes and the new vehicles. This movie is basically an answer to the question.. What else can we go with a batman movie? Well, it was answered in this movie. The new enemy is Mr.Freeze(arnold) and poison ivy(uma thurman) who are awesome and deadly.... it almost wants u to root for Arnold. I also love the way that Batman, Robin, and Batgirl team up to fight the criminals of Gotham City. This is a great movie to somebody who loves the Batman movies and overall loves a good action/adventure film with great lights, music, and special effects

Summary: Good ol' film
Review: I don't care what you say. This film is good, other than the directing. The streets of Gotham felt the same from BF but different, still. I don't know, but the film had a different feel. It was very colorful. Maybe TOO colorful.
Clooney was a good Batman. No doubt. The only character's who I didn't like were Bane and Ivy. I don't remember her having a poison kiss! And Bane! He's just too stupid of a character! Shwartzenneger (?) was a haunting dude. Alfred and Gordon were both played greatly again, even though there was not enough Gordon.

Overall, you should just rent it, but if you know ya like it, like me, BUY IT!

Summary: THE WORST MOVIE OF 1997
Review: This is the worst movie i ever seen becase its a very bad movie that i would not buy.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not bad as a movie, great as a distraction for a kid!
Review: I like the Batman series of movies. True, sequels usually fail to compare with the original BUT... anything that can occupy the mind of a 40 year old trapped in the little body of a 4 year old can't be all bad. Thanks to these movies, not only do they show how bad guys get caught in the end, they let my son "be Batman" for a little while. George Clooney was great as Batman but for me, Michael Keaton will always be my favorite. All in all, this movie was good for a little chuckle for adults, great for imagination of a kid.

Summary: Quite possibly the worst movie of all time
Review: The true tragedy of Batman & Robin is, unlike the campy '60s TV Batman, this movie doesn't realize how bad it is. If you're going to make a horrible movie, at least go all the way and acknowledge that it's horrible. Instead, we get a movie that tries to take itself seriously despite the most outlandishly bad writing, acting, costumes, set design, action sequences... the list goes on and on. Right in the first five minutes you get a clue as to how bad the movie you're about to see is:

Batman is driving through Gotham City in his light-up blue neon Batmobile when he gets a call from Commissioner Gordon: "Batman, there's a new villain in town. He's calling himself Mr. Freeze."

A high-school freshman could write better expositional dialogue than that. And it only gets worse from there. If you want an example of just how bad movies can get, then watch Batman & Robin. Otherwise stay far, far away.

Summary: Let's not overdo it
Review: I've heard everyone and their mother say that this film [...stinks]! Personally, I liked this film. Its does not compare to the 1989 original but it was good enough. At first, I could not understand why people hated this film but I can understand. Arnold did not portray the character as it is depicted in the comic books Thurman's Ivy was more psycho than seductive and Bane was repackaged as a mindless henchman instead of the master manipulator he was in the comics and this film proved to be more of a comedy act with cartoonish (Think bad Anime) sets and they could have delved more into the romance between Robin and Batgirl. Here's what keeps the film somewhat alive: The feud between Batman and Robin, the sickness of Alfred, fairly decent action, and Eliot Goldenthal's score presenting Batman as a larger than life character rather than the superb and dark scores offered by Danny Elfman, which are the better ones I might add. The bottom line is that the film was made to appeal to grade schoolers and not adults so there's no reason for everyone to be so upset over it. Clooney does OK but despite being a superb actor, he's no Michael Keaton. I still believe that this franchise can be revived.

Summary: The most Campy of the Sequels.
Review: Batman (Well Played by George Clooney, who does have the look of Batman, replacing Val Kilmer) and Robin (Chris O`Donnell) are facing a Dangerous Man named Mr.Freeze/Dr. Victor Fries (Arnold Schwarzengger), who might turned Gotham City into one Giant Flavorless Frozen Treat. When a Nerdy but Attractive Scientist (Uma Thruman) was almost killed by a Jealous Scientist (John Glover), when he thought he killed her. When She comes back alive and she Becomes Poison Ivy. When a young Woman (Alica Silverstone) goes on Vacation to meet her Uncle Butler (Micheal Gough), which her Uncle is actually Dying. Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy teamed Together as the Lead Villians. Now Batman & Robin have another new Person in thier Lives to fight the Villians named Batgirl (Silverstone).

Directed by Joel Schumacher (Flatliners, Falling Down, St. Emlo`s Fire) made this film Entertaining but Campy at Best. Schwarzenegger has the film Worst Dialogue. A Box Office Disappointment in Theaters. Terrific Visual Effects Supervised by John Dykstra. This is not a Total Waste by Modern Audiences but Die-Hard Fans of the Batman Films will have a Blast. Grade:B.
