Summary: awesome non-stop action
Review: This is an awesome non-stop action movie. Another Jet Li blockbuster. Jet Li and DMX are awesome in this movie. This movie also stars Gabrielle Union, Anthony Anderson, Tom Arnold, Drag-On, Kelly Hu, and Chi Mcbride. The behind features on this DVD are awesome with the final fight scene in multiple camera angles which looks really cool. This movie is loaded with gun fire, explosions, ATV and dirt bike chases, car crashes and insane martial arts by Jet Li. I recommend you buy this DVD rather than rent it. It is worth it to watch it over and over again.

Summary: Enough Is Enough, Mr. Silver
Review: I love Jet Li movies, but producer Joel Silver should think about retiring the cut-n-paste productions (compare all the similar elements between this flick, "Romeo Must Die," and "Exit Wounds"). The previous two weren't bad, but I fear that Hollywood in-breeding is becoming fatal for this group. This is just a patch work film with all the participants (and there are far too many) getting their ten minutes and not enough real plot (or acting ability) to keep the strands together. Li's fight scenes are somewhat tired here.For the record, the DVD is fine. There are some short but effective featurettes (one of which focuses on the use of multiple cameras for shooting action scenes, the ring of fire finale being the subject). It's a solid DVD for a mediocre flick. Two stars is generous.

Review: why is everybody so negative about this movie. i thought it was a fun way to spend two hours and it's up there with romeo must die and bad boys 2 for my favorite action movies. isn't much on the way of plot but this is utterly mindless fun.

Summary: Best American Jet Li film ever!!!
Review: This is the best movie that Jet Li has been that was written/created in the US. It is more entertaining than "The One" with a less farfetched plot, and with DMX and Tom Arnold the movie is very entertaining. I recommend it to anyone who likes action movies. ie Guys. This movie rocked, best action movie out right now. Definately a good buy, even for $...

Summary: Great Movie
Review: This movie had it all in my opinion. Sweet fast cars, hot chicks, intense action scenes, Eminem music, DMX flavour, Tanks, and even a little sentimental element so you can watch it with your girl and be like "see, he loves his daughter" Overall I'd say its most definently worth a rental, and for the bigtime action fans, its a good purchase. DVD features are great, you get the DMX "X Gonna Give It To You" music video (though its edited for some reason, c'mon, its a rated R movie, why cant the music video be uncensored??) And then the trailer, some cast and crew information, and a few video segments on parts of the movie (how they filmed scene X and so on) I spent a good half hour messing around with the special features, and I thought they were enjoyable.

Summary: Please give Jet and Mark a better movie to star in.
Review: You would think it would be the coolest movie out the place with Mark Dacascos of Brotherhood of the Wolf fame as the main opposition to Jet. Sure they bring in the supporting cast of Exit Wounds and RMD, but can WB screw this up? Yes, they could. Not only did WB screw this up, they had to bring down Mark and Jet in the process. Since the story is pretty much told in the description and other reviews, I rather spend the time on why it was bad. No spoilers though. The main fight between Jet and Mark. It wasn't long enough nor showcased their skills that well. Kelly Hu and her fight with Gabrielle Union was definitely wack. The ending fight between them was even worst. DMX has absolutely no charissma and doesn't act well in this film. Belly will still be his best acting movie. As for Tom Arnold and Anthony Anderson, they aren't as annoying as in Exit Wounds. I guess that is a plus. I would only recommend purchasing this film to those who must insist in having all of Jet's films or Mark films. It is worth a rental only.

Summary: A simple fun filled action film
Review: At one look Cradle 2 the grave may seem like another rap action movie with Jet Li thrown in for an extra punch. And for the mst part their right. However Cradle 2 the Grave ha something that many of those action films don't, entertainment value that is higher than most. The story behind Cradle 2 the Grave is that DMX runs a high tech thieve group. On one particular mission they steal some strange Black Diamonds. Unsure of their value they take them to their Appraiser and equipment dealer Tom Arnold. From their the Diamonds are stolen and DMX daughter is kidnapped. From their he is forced to team up with Taiwan Secret Service agent Jet Li to stop the bad guys and retrive the Diamonds. Cradle 2 the Grave is like I said a simple fun filled action film that is packed with Rap music and action and comedy. Overall this is a fun movie to check into.

Summary: jet li rocks!
Review: Im a big fan of jet. Ive seen almost all his movies. His many chinese films had very good martial arts, but i never liked the "old china" atmosphere, the poor dubbing, or all that straight talk. Then he started doing american films. This was when he developed his bad@$$ reputation. These american movies were more my style. there were cities, streets, crime, quads, and the dudes talked like americans, but those were the movies that were lacking in action. Then Cradle 2 the Grave comes along, and thats when everything changed. This movie is the best jet li movie in my opinion. It takes the pros of the chinese and american films while avoiding the cons. C2TG is completely loaded with kick@$$ fight scenes. The child kidnapping-world domination storyline has been used many times before, but cradle 2the grave makes the best possible use of it. The differences between Dmx and jet somehow make them the perfect team (Dmx was a disaster with the loser named steven segal). jet li talks very little as you problably know, but he acts very well at keeping his cool. Dmx plays a fairly easy gangster role and he does it well (no one has more practice at swearing than him). The way i see it, cradle 2 the grave is better than any other action film.

The plot is very basic, hilarious and seen a hundred
times.Dialogs are miserable. Listening to Ernie and Bert
is much more interesting.
Half star for the cool voice of DMX and another half one
for Jet Lee.
