Summary: A Discrace To All Disney Movies
Review: This remake of "Mighty Joe Young" [stinks], including that it was made from Disney. It also discraces people of Africa, because my parents are african, and what ever you do, don't make a sequel. I like Disney Movies, because they are funny, and why would Mighty Joe Young bite of the thumb of a man that looks like Sir Sean Connery or James Coburn. I give this 1 star.

Summary: Sweet, touching, enchanting tale
Review: The friendship between Joe and Jill was so sweet and touching. They cared so much about each other. Honestly, this isn't a common friendship you'd find. The movie has a great contrast in it. Sometimes it's hilarious, sometimes sad, sometimes exciting. When it came to the part where Joe fell with the ferris wheel, I cried, fearing that Joe had died, but to my surprise, it was still alive! This is a tale that will be always in my mind. Another great Disney production!

Summary: WOW, JUDSON MILLS!
Review: I saw this movie today and Judson Mills is in it. You can't tell since he's almost an extra. He's the guy in the yellow car that Joe steps on and yells at the cop, "Come on, I'm already twenty minutes late! Come on, who's gonna pay for this?" I know because I'm a huge Walker, Texas Ranger fan and he is on Walker.

Review: From age 3 (my son's age) to adult, it's a very nice movie!

Summary: Take care parents
Review: this movie was full on from woe to go. Yes, it was predictable, and yes it is a feel good movie, but it works. It was enough to have my entire family in tears by the end, even knowing that the gorilla isn't real. Be careful, though, parents of small chidren, this movie has a medium violence rating and could be very upsetting to little people.

Summary: Wonderful And Astounding
Review: Wow! Talk about a great movie! It is so refreshing to see Disney make something that seems like a pg-13 movie to me. It is so sophisticated and clean and I just really think that Disney did a great job with it. This movie brought tears to my eyes and it makes you realize how much you should appreciate wildlife and how hard you work in life to do the things you want to do and to get to places you want to get to. I definitely recommend this movie to anyone looking for a good family video.

Summary: Touchingly cuddly
Review: This movie was sweet, and enjoyable. Not a classic, but a feel good movie, which gives you a warm cuddly feeling. My (a person who rarely cries) eyes started to well up with touched tears at the soundtrack itself. The Lion Kingesque music adds to the wonderful movie. I suggest this family film for everyone!

Summary: Updated without a story.
Review: This remake of the 1949 move finds Joe Young once again taken to the city and is hounded by humans until he saves some kids at a burning amusement park. Joe is CGI this time and lacks the human touch of special effects Harryhauen and Willis O' Brien. Someone also forgot to write a sreenplay for this film too!

Summary: Rip Off?
Review: This movie is great,it's moving it's exiting and it's got the best visual effects ever made in a movie before. But there is just one thing:is this movie a Rip Off from king Kong(1933)?As we now it the first "monkey" movie was made in 1933(king kong)And the second "monkey" movie was made in 1946 (mighty Joe Young)And if you rent the old king Kong movie you will see that the ending sequence in the movie is ecsacly the same ending sequence as in Mighty Joe Young Hmmmmmmm Dejavu!
