Summary: Get Moore! Get Out Fast!
Review: Live and Let Die is hands down the worst Bond ever, and Roger Moore is the worst to take the role. Its redeeming features include a great title song, Jane Seymour as the lovely and psychic Solitaire, David Heidison as Felix Leiter(he later reprised the role in 1989's License to Kill), and an interesting cast of baddies. Everything else is hokey at best. The plot? Don't even bother! The action, surely that must be good? Ha! What about the dramatic musical score? Dramatic is the worst type of word you can use. It sounds too 70s to be Bond. Everything is played for laughs. Q is nowhere to be seen in the movie! No little quips or witty dialogue! The plot, if you could call it a "plot", involves Kananga's scheme to have a monoply of the drug market. He's going to be giving away millions of dollars of free heroin and drive anybody out of business. He really could taint so that the druggies have to have his special heroin, but nothing that engaging shows up. They used to say Live and Let Live. But while the studio makes money, the audience suffers. Live and Let Die is right

Summary: Excellent film, something for everyone...
Review: This was one of the first 007 films I ever saw and I still love it today. This was the first time Roger Moore starred as James Bond, taking over from Sean Connery and George Lazenby, and it ranks as one of the best of the series, up there with Goldfinger, in my opinion

Review: Well, some people may say this is not thre best Bond movie ever, and they might be right. But for me personally it is my favorite. One reason is the title song by Paul McCartney. Another reason is Jane Seymour. For Jane's fans it is just a MUST.

Summary: Far From Bond's Best
Review: It is hard to label certain elements of the movie as "Good" or "Bad", for many elements tend to be both good and bad. For example, I will review the villains. There were many strong villains, and an immortal Baron Samedi and robot-armed Tee-Hee were interesting, but too far-fetched. I liked the ending, but Baron Samedi alive and on riding the front of a train is too fantastic. Jane Seymour was very pretty, but looked too young and innocent. I would like to quote Steven Jay Rubin when I say that when she is in bed with Bond, she looks almost like "she's being taken advantage of". Roger Moore is Bond in this one, and I've never accepted him as Bond, despite his seven Bond films. To see a Bond film that is good (despite Roger Moore) I'd recommend "The Spy who Loved Me", "For Your Eyes Only", or "Octopussy". Of Moore's films (which seemed to be either very good or very bad), this ranks right in the middle.

Summary: What the...?
Review: This is sorta a weird Bond movie. Not that its bad or anything, it's just...weird. It gets boring after a while, after watching it about 3 times. It has the second best title song BY PAUL McCARTNEY!!! The best title song is Tomorrow Never Dies by Sheryl Crow. Roger Moore is good, too. Its cool when he shoots the guy who has the snake. Mr. Big's death is weird and funny, sorta. The boat chase was a little too long, though. Sheriff J.W. Pepper is funny, he swears a lot! This movie has some lines it it that could offend people, like having to do with their race. Bond Rules!! (duh!)

Review: Moore legt duidelijk een andere ziel in de rol van Bond, de films krijgen een komische tint vanaf dan, ook het begin van de carrière van Jane Semour, een goed film als start van Roger Moore, goed verhaal.

Summary: Definitely not a Must Watch
Review: I saw this Movie after Watching first 5 Movies from Dr No to You only Live Twice and The Living Daylights and was very disappointed. Agreed... This was Moore's first Movie as Bond but he never looked as comfortable in the Movie as Connery did in Dr No. He made the debut as Bond at the age of 46 in this Movie and looks quite old. The plot is Good... This time Bond is dealing with Kananga , the Drug Lord. There aren't many action sequences in this Movie but there is an overlonged Motor Boat Chase. I'd not want to watch the Movie 3-4 times as I would if it were any of the other Bond Movies except for The man with the Golden Gun and A view to Kill. This Movie is certainly NOT a MUST WATCH. If you want to watch Moore really in Action then you must see The Spy who Loved me.

Review: This was by far the best Moore bond ever. It goes from a man getting beeped to death to the classic escape from alligators, by jumping over their backs. This Bond almost ranks up with the Connery bonds.

Review: Excellent debut for Moore here. No not the best Bond vehicle but possibly the best for Moore. It would have been tough to follow Connery

Review: This was a very good film but boring in certain places. It lacks the suspense that you find in other Bond films. I am not really a fan of James Bond myself, but this film was excellent. It is not the best Bond movie though (Tommorrow Never Dies is!!) but it is definitely not the worst.
