Summary: I have rented this so much, I should have 15 copies by now.
Review: Labyrinth is by far the best movie that I have seen. It is imaginative, exciting, heartwretching and appeals to all the elements of fantasy, humour, romance, a bit of horror and inner growth. The characters seem real to the audience. Each portrays a personality that makes them stand out. Sarah portrays that spoiled, complainative brat that grows up once she changes her views on life. The other characters portray blind chilvary, fear, loneliness, book that is more than it's cover and a ruler that is nothing without one to rule.

I recommend it to anyone and everyone to watch atleast once.

Summary: A welcome return to fantasy
Review: It's good to see this movie back in circulation. Travelling to my local video store, I was met with not one, but *two* clerks who just *had* to talk about their favorite scene. The movie, a classic in coming of age fantasy, really seems to be on it's way to a cult classic ( if it isn't allready!)Welcome back Jareth!

Summary: Both Fantasy and Bowie at their finest . . . .
Review: This is a film that I could never grow tired of. As a fan of David Bowie, goblins, Terry Jones, and anything and everything fantastical, I really couldn't ask for anything more. Very few films have managed to capture my imagination as this one did, does, and always will. Long live Jareth in all of his glory...and may there always exist places (even if only in our hearts) where magic jumps and dances.

Summary: This Is The Greatest Movie Ever Made!
Review: I am SO glad they re-issued this movie! The first time I saw Labyrinth was when I was 3 or 4 years old I totally loved it at first sight! I am 16 now and just bought the re-issue and watch it almost every day! I also have the soundtrack, which I got first. This movie also got me into David Bowie. He looked soo hot in the movie, and I now own almost all of his CD's. His music is brilliant, and his acting is terrific. Bottom line: If you don't like Labyrinth, you need serious help!!

Review: I saw this movie a long time ago, my mother always rented it for me when I was sick, it was my fav. movie and is apart of my collection. My girlfriends and I loved David Bowie and we used his name as apart of our password for our clubhouse. It was great.

Summary: The movie that affected my life
Review: This movie was a huge turning point for me; and it has affected my life since I first laid eyes upon its majesty. Full of fantasy, wonder, love, betrayal and commitment, it is the one movie in all the world which I will forever cherish.

Summary: My favorite movie EVER!!
Review: I fell in love with this movie when I was about five years old, I'm now eighteen, and still love the movie. If you are into fairy tales then this movie is definetely for you. David Bowie does an awesome job playing the Goblin King. I am sooo excited that it has been rereleased. My old copy is worn out.

Summary: Bowie wasted in otherwise entertaining film
Review: Intended to be a children's film which can be enjoyed by adults, children and young teens will love it and adults will find it occasionally slow and frequently predictable. The story line has many clever moments (my favorites: killing fairies with insecticide spray and the bogg of eternal stench), the art direction is first rate, and the muppet characters are brilliant; star David Bowie, however, is largely wasted in his role as goblin king and the music is a decided disappointment. Certainly no Wizard of Oz, but a crowd-pleaser for the younger set.
