Summary: Die Another Day-007 for a new millennium
Review: Lee Tamahori began the project that is now "Die Another Day" with a distinctly modern vision for the future of 007 film adventures. After the overblown, underplayed "World is not Enough" which seemed too confused with its own self by the last hour, Tamahori has promised us a gritty, tough Bond film; fast-paced, character-driven, with no letdowns in the action department. And I truly believe this will be Brosnan's best picture, if not one of the best Bond films since the Connery days (as it seems the film itself delivers nods to the series' distinguished past). Halle Berry seems determined to give us one of the most memorable Bond girls since Ursula Andress in "Dr. No", complete with the same "Honey Ryder" bikini and knife; and Toby Stephens, a rookie in film-acting, looks prepared to provide for a great central villain (along with his disfigured colleague, Zao). Locations, including Spain, Korea, and Iceland, look stunning in the trailers I have seen so far, and the general plot seems well developed and crafted (involving mistaken identities, betrayal, and Bond going freelance to exact revenge upon a traitor). A new car, a new Q, a fresh new, modern glint will combine (I hope) to make this a revolutionary Bond production; in the same way "Dr. No" revolutionized the world of spy thrillers.

Summary: Stick Around Awhile & 'Die Another Day'
Review: I'm a Bond buff and am looking forward to the release of #20 in the theaters. I have seen alot of advertisement on this newest
adventure and have no reason to doubt it will be a smash hit. I
believe Pierce Brosnan is truly cut out for Ian Flemings character. Halle Berry ought to be a notable addition to this film, supported by Brosnan as well as Brit's Judi Dench, John Cleese and Samantha Bond. But it is going to be difficult not
seeing 'my main man' Q (Desmond Llewellen) who, since his death
will be greatly missed by HMSS, the fans and fellow actors. I
sincerely hope a tribute of some kind will be presented on his
behalf. Madonna should do very good singing the title song, and
I read she has a bit part as well. I hear a brandnew Ford T-Bird
will be featured. Bravo, I'm not too keen on the Euro machines
anyway. BRING ON THIS AGELESS ACTION ADVENTURE HERO....!!

Summary: I haven't seen it but it may not be great....
Review: James Bond has taken a sudden dip since Goldeneye. The James Bond series is like an ocean full of waves. You get huge waves like "Goldfinger" and "From Russia With Love" and then you get calm waters like "The Man With The Golden Gun" and "Tomorrow Never Dies". Die Another Day will end up in shallow water and most likely hit rock bottom.The trailers show elaborate explosions (achieved using CG effects) and car chases. The problem with special effects these days is they use too much CG. They are fast and dizzying to watch. The chases look spectacular, but overdone. The biggest problem is Halle Berry. Yes, I said Halle Berry. The reason is simple. Since Goldeneye, James Bond has introduced "James Bond has met his match" type of girls simply to be politically correct. James Bond will chase a badguy and discover that he is already dead because the girl (Bond's match) will have already killed him. Then they'll exchange some smart little remark. And Bond will stop and admire her as the girl races over to the car to chase after more badguys, yelling at Bond to come along. This "James Bond has met his match" type of girl distracts from the focus of a Bond movie: Bond himself. Where has Bond gone? To the department of political correctness.

Summary: I hope Its Good!!!!!
Review: We'll I'm actually a little worried about this entry in the bond series. It seems that ever since Tomorrow Never Dies the movies have have decreased in quality. Now i have nothing against action in the films(i love action) its just that they seem to have put quantity of action over the quality of the action. I don't have anything against Brosnan either nor any of the Bonds (yes they were all good in there own way, even Lazenby and Dalton). Its just that the dullness of the action in the last two entries two entries was headache inducing(and lacked the fun and excitement of the earlier films,more-so in The World is Not Enough). I mean think of the great fun and exciting action scenes like the helicopter chase in From Russia With Love, the Bond vs. Oddjob fight in Goldfinger,the exciting fast paced fight on the Disco Volante (Bond vs. four bad guys) in Thunderball, and the incredible fist fights in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (Lazenby kicks butt),the car chases in The Spy Who Loved Me and For Your Eyes only,the 18- Wheeler chase in License to Kill(yes License to Kill had fun action), and the tank chase in Goldeneye, and many others I forgot to mention. This is what the Bond movies need (FUN action)and i hope the filmakers realize that. Action is supposed to energize the audience not drain them.
And i really hope they come up with a good conclusion, which the last two films seem to be lacking(They started off great but lost steam by the end of the movie). The filmakers need to remember that the climax needs to be the BEST part of the movie.
And as for the music, i have nothing aginst David Arnold but i don't think that he is the right replacement for John Barry. Arnold's music is too much noise instead of music and doesn't have the excitement that Barry and the other composers had(Arnolds music can really give you a headache),but he's not quite as bad as Eric Serra.
Well i hope Die Another Day will be good, but i have my doubts. I guess the saying "They don't make um like they used too" comes to mind.

Summary: Goldfinger and The Spy Who Loved Me for a new generation...
Review: I have been following this film closely and from what I have seen and heard, including the new song by Madonna, this film is looking to bring a fresh page to the 007 film saga. The story is probably the best of the Brosnan's so far. You have to see this film, not because it's another Bond flick, but because it's the 20th film on the 40th anniversary of the film series. Goldfinger and The Spy Who Loved Me were landmark Bond films and Die Another Day is looking to follow in their footsteps.

Review: The theme song just premiered on z100, and it's such a funy infectious song. I never was into James Bond, but now I am, all because I love Madonna, and I love "Die Another Day" (the song), and the fact she is making a cameo is actually going to get me to the movies. LOL- I don't even know what the movie is about, so sorry if this review isnt so helpful hehehehe!

Summary: Warning: Bond is Back!
Review: After the bloated mess that appeared to be Vin Diesel's "XXX," James Bond returns to show us all how a REAL spy thriller is done. Pierce Bronsan is no Sean Connery (who is?), but he's brought more money to the franchise than any other actor who played the spy. More to the point, he brings a polished charisma that Diesel can never possess. With Halle Berry also starring and with Madonna singing the theme song, "Die Another Day" looks good enough to warrant my attention.

Summary: Looks Like Best Brosnan Movie
Review: I saw a preview of the movie and of the that, it looks like a very good movie. Not better then Goldfinger of course, (No Bond movie will) but up there. It looks like the best Brosnan movie and better then all of Daltons, Lazenby's one, and most of Moore's. Pierce Brosnan play James Bond very good. Even though I don't like Judi Dench as M. M is better as a man, but still this movie looks VERY VERY VERY good!!!!

Summary: Bond Returns, but will it be good?
Review: After the overly-glossy The World is Not Enough, Pierce Brosnan returns as the suave british secret agent 007 in the newest Bond flick, appropriatly titled Die Another Day. Directed by Lee Tamahori (The Edge, Along came a Spider), Bond no.20 will no doubt be another action-filled entry into the long-running franchise. But will it match the excellent heights of Goldeneye? One hopes so. From what i've seen of the preveiws, the action looks impressive, with explosions aplenty, but as many people in Hollywood have learned the hard way, noisy things exploding and fast action does not a good movie make. But it's a Bond film, and Tamahori has proven to be a director who can do action well, so events should be good...
