Fireworks 3.0 Upgrade

Review: Fireworks 3 is the only graphics program that I've found that is especially tailored for web authoring. There are many features that eliminate the guesswork out of how your graphics will render on the internet, most notably, the Export Wizard, which estimates the download time at 28.8 kps for a graphic for different GIF and JPEG configurations. Building nice-looking command buttons with different effects is incredibly easy, and Fireworks will even create the Javascript code for you for displaying the apropriate layer for each state. But the strongest aspect of the program is its integration with Dreamweaver 3; it's a no-brainer to bring into DW3 the graphics Fireworks produces with its associated HTML code.

A powerful tool, yet easy to pick up, even for a graphics neophyte like myself. A highly recommended companion to your web authoring software; a must if your web authoring tool is Dreamweaver 3.
