Summary: The coolest CD-Rs around!
Review: I have been unable to find any other top quality brand name CD-Rs like this. These are simply unique, the coolest around, great quality, your friends will be wowed when they see these! They'll think that your computer burns playstation discs! Definately buy!

Summary: Cool. Black.
Review: I just got these today. I haven't tried burning one yet but I have only made 1 coaster out of a Memorex CD and that was because my burner was messed up. They look identical to Playstation discs on the bottom which is very cool.

Summary: no problems
Review: I,ve burnt about 200 of these without a single problem

Summary: Good
Review: I liked the black look they had but the only problem was that they didn't burn at 16x as advertised. But i would still buy them again.

Summary: Flawless Music Performance
Review: As a professional musician I use CD-rs to make demos and short run albums for stage sale. These have been perfect, and a decent price for the quality. The look of the black disc is different, but I never notice while it's playing!

Summary: Great CD-r's

No Coasters!

Great product.

Review: My title explains everythings.
These CD-Rs are great.....
With high speed, high accuracy and cool color (black on the recordable side)what else can you ask?!?
Buy this, you won't regret.

Summary: good for coasters
Review: for certain applications, 700mb is the only option. unfortunately these lower-end memorex cd-r's are really substandard and produce an enormous array of errors--even when burned at 2x.

they might be acceptable if one is burning a disc of relatively small files of say 10mb or less. but for disc-at-once applications or disc-image copying, well...

here's my short list of things i plan to do with my collection of 40 or so memorex duds:

swanky drink coasters
ammunition for letterman to throw from buildings
disposable frisbees
tied to a coat-hanger to make a post-modern baby mobile

the possibilities are endless...

if you want these to function in the manner for which you most likely purchased them however, pay the extra $ and get the memorex black.

Summary: Once you go black, you will never go back!
Review: They are the best CD-Rs I have ever used. I burn 4 or 5 CDs every day. These are trouble free every time. They record at the rated speed, and don't give you any errors. What else can I say. I will never buy anything else. They don't seem to work in some Toshiba laptops though. Mabye the laser is the wrong color to see through the black media.
