Summary: circuit city rip-off
Review: the product was defective. i tried taking back to local store (on Brentwood, in St Louis) & clerks ("carrie" & "david") refused to take it back, and were downright insulting (as if i were trying to "get away" with something). when i asked for a number to talk to a higher authority, they gave me a bogus number. "carrie" also refused to give their last names, as if they were planning on service so poor they operate incocnito.
