From any listed third-party database product, Client Access License upgrades and server upgrades must both be licensed. Upgrade by purchasing one copy of the SQL Server 7.0 Product/Version/Competitive Upgrade for each copy of the third-party database server being upgraded. For each third-party client license, you must license an equal number of Client Access License upgrades.
