Summary: DON'T buy from McAfee online store
Review: I ordered McAfee Internet Sec. Suite. It took down my computer. For three weeks I and Dell techs tried to make it work--it won't. Had to completely wipe hard drive, re-boot...during which time McA. ignored my e-mails. Now it is past the "30 days". In three months of effort, have gotten no response from either Digital River or McAfee. Am out $80. (By the way, Symantec's Suite works just fine.)

Review: I purchased this product from the McAfee online store. The product would never properly download, noting that many of its components were missing. Then I couldn't uninstall it from my computer. I notified McAfee online (at the email address they provide) five days after the original purchase. (First of three emails was sent August 25th, orginal purchase date: August 20th) Two more emails were sent and not one email of mine was addressed until after their 30 day refund policy was up. In fact, their response came today, Oct 3rd! My refund was denied. I have been stuck with the price of their product, and no product to show for it. Buyer, be ware!
