Summary: Expected better!
Review: I upgraded from version 5 to 6 to include the ability to write to DVD. If you plan to place music on your DVD, you are limited to only one audio file, obviously leaving you without sound for the rest of your DVD creation. I have learned that you can get around this by getting an additional program (VideoWave or Sound Editor) and combining audio files into one. If you get this program, plan on the extra expense for other software.

Review: I like it. It's so easy to use and I do not have any problems with it. Cool, I am glad I made a switch from Niro. There is so much more in this product.

Summary: Crash Crash Crash Crash
Review: I would actually give this a "minus" star if I could.Installed this on WinXP - Crashed my entire system because even the "restore" function would not work. Had to re-install WinXP. Decided to try it on another system without XP and have had nothing but trouble with this program. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone - especially novice computer users. This program has some serious flaws.

Summary: No Problems So Far
Review: I have used Easy CD Creator since version 4 as well as Nero. Version 6 installed with no problem with my Windows XP Service Pack 1. It works with both the Lite-on 52x24x52 as well as my Pioneer DVR-105. I like this product better than the Nero 5.5 so far.

Summary: Huge improvement over 5
Review: Nobody else in that market has a comprehensive set of tools like Creator 6. Nero doesn't come close. The new Disc Copier will copy games that nobody else can touch, and burning audio CDs is much faster than older versions. I like how the new project selector ties all the programs together and how it can be minimized on screen so you always have access to your burning apps. Great job Roxio.

Summary: Roxio, finally got it right
Review: This new edition was easy to install and all features work great. I did not have any previous versions installed. Easy CD 5 Platinum was a nightmare so I was hesitant to purchase this edition. Roxio offers a 30-day money back guarantee even if you download it so buy it.

Review: Very nice, I love it. There is so much stuff in there. I already burned some VCD slideshows, made some DVD movies.
I like the AudioCentral also, very nice, it helps to organize the audio files. Pretty much I can do there anything that I need to do with my audio.
I use the Creator Classic a lot to ( very nice up grade from Creator 5).
And there are so much other stuff in there. Looove it.

Review: Don't bother with this product. Roxio continues to have stability issues with this product. For a solid CD/DVD burning program, check out Nero.

Summary: This suite is sweet
Review: This is beautiful! Just what I needed, everything in one box. I've ripped music and made video cds from a bunch of photos and added music to them. The family will love this! It's easy too, my wife actually made a really cool DVD of some vacation clips. Way to go honey! :) Going to explore more... ? - why did the guy post about another product (Movie Creator) on this page? That came on my Dell too, and it has nothing to do with Easy CD & DVD Creator 6.

Summary: Beats Sonic and Nero hands down
Review: I am very much into burning CD's and now DVD's with the help of Easy CD Creator 6. I have used many other burning software and have nothing but problems. Installing Nero 5 made me lose my drives and I was stuck in Tech Support hell......p. I also tried making VCD and DVD movies with Sonic My DVD and it was a very frustrating experience. With Creator 6 I was able to capture my video easily, add the content to the DVD Builder layout and I created a DVD with menu's that played perfectly the first time I tried. I am telling you and hope you believe me when I say, this is the easiest CD and DVD burning application available hands down. I also forgot to mention the MGI photo application that is now owned by Roxio is also bundled as well. The biggest improvement over Creator 4 and 5 is the Audio application Audio Central which lets you rip MP3's and edit the MP3 file and ID Tags which contain all the information of the file. It compares to the audio features of Microsofts media player. I strongly recommend this suite of burning products to anyone that has a digital camera, video camera, dvd player, or wants to backup or create audio CD's. This application does it all.
