No support from DataBecker. Therefore I wouldn't recommend any of their products.

Review: I can't get it to work with XP either...I explained in my original e-mail that I already tried the patch and they sent me an e-mail back saying to try the patch.

Review: If you want to buy garbage then you should buy this product.
I have been in the software business since 1966 (38 years )
and this one gets my Garbage Award of the century. I am
embarrased to admit that I am half German (my last name is
Schmitt) since this garbage was produced in Germany. There is
absolutely NO SUPPORT from Data Becker. They will not even
bother to reply to your e-mail.

Review: It really don't work with XP. You gotta close all your applications, even then it still don't work. Nothing like what was advertised.

Tech support is not helpful. They recommend patches that do not work and then ignore any further email on the subject. It is a very frustrating program to work with.

Review: This product simply does not work. I've tried to run it on three different computers with only frustration as a result. All the other reviewers are absolutely right! Don't buy it.

Review: This software does not work on Windows XP as it was advertised. Having purchased it I have discovered that there are a number of 'patches' and 'fixes' at their website. The tech support is virtually non-existant. I have only received a one sentence reply to my problems in the past 2 weeks since I have received this turkey.
