Summary: Grand Potential, didn't deliver
Review: The image on the box implies all of your programs will be moved from your old to your new computer. For me that image was far from reality. I had no success in spite of being assisted by my computer guru. Paul and I struggled 6 hours in an attempt to get the two computers (Win 95 to Win 2000) to "talk" to one another. It was in vain. The extensive documentation provided was flawed. We called the tech line, but were denied help w/ configuring the computers. It was money wasted. I plan to write the company and request a refund.
