Health Counter 2.0 for the Palm OS tracks your daily intake of calories, fat, carbohydrates, and other variables. It stores the date and accumulated amount of intake. The program is ideal for staying on diabetic or weight loss diets, or for simply watching your health. There are convenient pull-down menus of the type of intake to be counted (calories, fat, etc.). You can also transfer data to and from your PC, and view and print reports in Windows.
