My Budget 2.0 for the Palm OS helps you calculate income and expenses, then tells you the difference. My Budget works with Desktop Budget 1.1 by automatically hot-syncing data between handheld and desktop PCs. Desktop Budget 1.1 adds multiple-budget record capabilities for different scenarios, plus cosmetic fixes. Two free utilities are also now included: one lets you transfer data to and from your desktop PC; the other lets you view or print reports on your desktop PC. My Budget's revised startup screen now has more fields for expenses. There's also an option to clone records so re-entering duplicate data for different budgets is no longer necessary. A copy-and-paste function allows data to be moved to and from fields. Desktop Budget for Windows is included.
