Review: Punch List has been the single biggest improvement in our never-ending quest
to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The ability to track performance (or
lack thereof) by subcontractors has allowed us to clearly see who is doing
their job and who is slacking! Our customer satisfaction level has increased
dramatically since we started using Punch List.
