Rating: Summary: Product does not contain valid activation code Review: The first copy that I received did not contain a valid 25-digit activation code. As such, Microsoft would not activate my subscription. I asked for a replacement product to arrive. It too did not contain a valid 25-digit activation code.
According to Microsoft, they switched to the 25-digit activation code in March. Until they start stocking versions with the 25-digit activation code, I cannot recommend purchasing the product from Amazon.com.
Rating: Summary: MSDN's Universal Level Subscription Review: This is a good product to stay current with Microsoft releases and their developer tools such as Visual Interdev which is now Visual Studio .NET. MSDN Universal level subscription contains all of Microsoft's Operating Systems and programming languages, e.g., Visual Studio .NET, C# (pronouned C Sharp), etc. What others have neglected to point out is that it is now a subscription from Microsoft that runs for one year with monthly updates on either CD-ROM or DVD's. It is more manageable on DVD than CD.
Rating: Summary: The 7.0 Release Review: You can no longer register the 6.0 release with MS.. and have to pay the difference. For the price it is the most amazing piece of software you can get your hands on, especially if you wish to stay on the bleeding edge of technology
