Summary: not as "buggy" as people say
Review: No need for me to say what a good game this is, others have said it already. The biggest reason people are not buying this game is because of its reputation crashing your pc. I work for a gamining pc company, so i can tell you the problem is mainly with ATI videocards. If you have a nvidia geforce 3 or later you should be ok. The crashes are not entirely the game's fault. ATI cards are VERY fast & stable on BENCHMARK tests, BUT THE DRIVERS ARE NOT ALWAYS STABLE WITH MANY DIFFERENT GAMES. Updating to newer ati drivers can make certain games work, but then some others will not. You have constantly switch drivers, depending on the game. On the other hand, NVIDIA geforce drives SIMPLY WORK, for the most part without headaches... BOTTOM LINE, STICK WITH NVIDIA EVEN IF THEIR CARDS ARE A LITTLE SLOWER. What goood is ati's speed, when you consider all the game glitches & headaches.

Summary: The stellar, new standard for RPG
Review: I didn't really know what to expect when I bought this game- I purchased it before I read all the reviews and press about it and its Xbox predecessor. Simply put, this game blew me away and defined, for me at least, what future CRPGs should strive to be. A simple interface, a compelling story, beautiful graphics and terrific voice-acting makes this game a true standout in every sense of the word. I actually feel like I'm in the Star Wars universe, and I sense my character's ever-growing influence in the story. Better yet- I get to be a freakin' Jedi! Nothing gets the blood running faster than firing up that hard-earned lightsaber for the first time- or, maybe you use two at the same time? Whew!
The game is made all the better because it looks like an action adventure game, though it really is a dice-rolling probability engine running things. You don't need to be a first-person-shooter pro to play, either, which is a bonus in my mind. Buy it and behold what the best RPG to date can be for you!

Summary: RPG - Light or Dark?
Review: I was hesitant in purchasing it but was sucked in from the start. It's the best feel of roll playing that I've ever experienced in a video game. The graphics are beautiful. The story is intense and engrossing. You really get to make choices and there is more than one right answer. Back in the day if you liked the first Deus Ex you've got to try this game, it's been that long since I've been completely sucked into a game.

You might have to get used to the battle interface and controlling more than one character in battle does have its own learning curve. Nothing that takes too long and before you know it, pausing a battle and giving commands to be executed between your characters is exhilarating and second nature.

Choose your path, really. I am still surprised how much I'm tempted to turn to the Dark Side. They even sneak little touches into quests that slowly but surely draw you away from the Light. I'm already chomping at the bit to run through it from the beginning to play differently.

Summary: oh so good times passes by the instant
Review: This game is one of the best RPG i ever played. The graphics are great and the interface is simple enough a begginer could pick up and play. The story is also pretty damn engrossing.
The only thing i had against the game was that it was short.
i wish a expansion pack or a sequel comes out soon.

Summary: Not perfect, but it deserves 5/5
Review: When I first heard news on it, I was like, "Okay. Another s***ty Star Wars game." As I found out more, I was blown away. You can be your own character (you design your looks from presets, stats, and character class, etc. You can even be female besides being male) and make your own mark in SW history. That was a big thing for me. As I booted it up, I found ann insanely fun game inside. Battling takes a degree of strategy, but it's fun watching your character beat the crap out of everyone. It is easy to get used to everything after some practice. I wasn't too impressed with the graphics, but there are something like eight different locales, so I guess they couldn't really do all that much with graphics. The story is typical SW stuff- your destiny will alter the galaxy, etc. Still, it's interesting to watch it play out (some cool parts). As well, you have other characters with you, so talking to them and finding their stories is cool. As well, watch them interact with each other- it's sometimes pretty funny!
Last, but not least, the game features a good/bad meter, so choices in dialogue will affect it. It lets you choose between being the saviour/hero of the galaxy or the villain and conquer it.
Overall, the game is loads of fun and is a must-buy. You'll find yourself playing for hours at a time without noticing. Addictive.

Summary: Can't Seem to Stop Playing It!!
Review: Normally when people start saying a game is no good because they cant get it to run, or it crashes all the time, I won't disagree, becuase we have all been there. Not being able to play a game because our system wont run it is the worst thing imaginable. However, I have had no problems running this game with a P4 2.26, 512 ram, and a Radeon 9800. I will not lie and tell you there are no bugs, because there are some, but they are by no means major, nor do they effect the game. It hasn't crashed, slowed, or locked up once, and I'm about 35 hours into it. The game itself is awesome. If you even remotely like Star Wars, you will like this game. It looks great, sounds great, and definitly has that Star Wars feel. The story is pretty cool too. Also, this is a role playing game. It is nothing like Jedi Outcast. I am not a big RPG fan. They are generally too involved. You spend ridiculous amounts of time traveling from one town to another, being attacked by monsters, that only prolong your seeminglees never ending journey, and I lose interest. This game really avoids that, which is why I like it. There is a lot of talking and interacting with other characters, but the game does a real nice job of tracking your quests and what you learn. You also don't have to spend countless hours trying find certain charcters to get information. The way the game is set up it guides you along. Some people will complain that it is too linear, and it is sort of, but I like it. There is still plenty of room to explore, and things to figure out. If you're looking for a really difficult, long, boring, RPG, then this is not your game. If you're looking for a really cool, awesome looking game, that lets you explore the Star Wars universe, and lose yourself in it for hours, then this game is what you want. I'm not even really a Star Wars fan.

Summary: Best Star Wars game yet...havent' seen ANY bugs
Review: I had never played an RPG before (FPS is my thing) but I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I figured this would be the perfect game for me to try my hand at it.
This game is amazing! The graphics are mindblowing. The story is better than most of the EU books that are out there. Once I got used to it, the gameplay/controls were not bad either. I'm still feeling my way through the strategy, but that is part of the fun.
For everyone reading this...beware of all of the reviews where people talk about all of the crashing and bugs. Keep in mind that there is a VERY rare chance that you have the exact same computer setup as those reviewers. Don't let one person's bug problems keep you from trying the game on your own. I have not had any problems at all with a pretty basic/low-end gaming computer. This is a great game and deserves a chance. Enjoy!

Summary: no crashes here.
Review: Played the whole game. It took me about 70 hours. Not one crash. Not a single glitch. I have Nvidea Gforce 4 Ti4400 graphics card. 1.2 AMD and 256 ram. It is a fantastic game. Probably the best I have ever played. The people that are experiencing the crashes must not have a computer that can run it. It is a huge game, comes with 4 CD's. It's awesome.

Summary: Do not buy.
Review: I bought this game before Christmas and my word of warning. This is a BETA product. There are so many issues that the game will not even run, it crashes right in the beginning menus. My PC meets or exceeds every requirement. Supposedly, this is a very fun game on the XBOX, but I wouldn't know.

Don't send your money to Bioware. They should be sued for this disaster, they rushed an unfinished product before the holidays.

Summary: Too many bugs
Review: This game would be a lot more fun if it did not have so many bugs. It crashes and locks badly. Maybe when a new patch comes out it will be playable.
