Review: Starcraft broodwar is the same as Starcraft the original but also at the same time so much different. Not only do you have more units but also different campaigns. Plus wail playing the costume you know have a free for all. As much fun as the first and much better.

Summary: Campains? na. Muiltaplayer is the way to go!
Review: OK I admit the game could have used alot more new units, but hell, it WAS cheep! I love the game, first time I got it the campains where awsome. (I liked Raynor.) Soon though, I had beatin it 3 times. Then I notesed Muiltaplayer. B.net ROCKS! I soon learned that 1v1 2v2 3v3 etc were BORING but the maps gamers had made rocked! Using differnt name, hp, abilatys, and attacks and aromer for the old units a zergaling ranged from an attack dog to space alain! I have been playing for a bout a year now and with more gamer made maps the fun is endless! a must buy!!! :>

Review: This exspantion pack increase the defensive and offensive cappablilities of alot of old favorites and adds some new characters to the scene. This is a must for any true hard core Starcraft lovin zerg smashin freak.

Review: Honestly, if you want a good strategy game, get this one. Warcraft is pretty good, but this is just a classic, awesome game. The multiplayer keeps you online for hours and the map editor keeps millions of possibilities open for gaming. This game will keep you busy for a LONG time. Buy it!...

Summary: THE BEST GAME EVER!!![...]
Review: O.K. . The single player game is easy. You can beat that in an hour. But you get hooked. I played each level probably 1000 times before i finally started playing multiplayer. I played it so much my mom made me stop for a while. But does that stop me?! No way!! I still play it all the time.The only bad part of the game is the way hard to understand campaign editor. Im an expert at the game and im barely a rookie at campaign editor. Everything is easy smeesy lemon peezy until you try triggers. But lets not talk about that. Lets just say its one of those games that you just remember. Its also HAS to be one of the best games ever created.

Summary: StarCraft is back and better than ever!
Review: For people who have played the original StarCraft, this expansion is definitly worth buying. It includes several new units: the Medic and Valkyrie for the Terrans, the Corsair, Dark Templar, and Dark Archon for the Protoss, and the Lurker and the Devourer for the Zerg. It also has thirty new challenging levels featuring various worlds such as Shakuras, world of the Dark Templar, and Korhal, the nuclear raged world of the Terran Dominion. Another plus for this game, is that at the ending credits, it hints that there will eventually be a StarCtaft II.
For people who like to use the special Campaign Editor feature, you're in luck. There are several new special commands that weren't prevously featured in the original StarCtaft. This leads to hours of enjoyment of... more map making.
The only disapointment of this game is that there are only three campaign movies, and they're all at the end of each campaign. The good thing about this is that it left them more room for longer end-level movies and a killer Intro. I'm just happy that they're making a DVD of all the movies.
All in all, this is a great Expansion Pack for a great game, and even if you haven't played the original yet get it anyways. Besides, it's more fun if you play the Brood War campaigns first before the original. Good luck, and happy Brooding!

Summary: I don't know what's so special about this game
Review: Starcraft brood war is basically the same as the original. All that's new is a few new units for each side and three new boring campaigns. First of all, it takes an eternity to build buildings. Big deal if protoss probes can build two buildings at once if each takes 5 minutes to build. Also all the construction units are way to easy to destroy and you have to build about 50 of them to have practically any resources. It takes an eternity to do anything except get your units and buildings destroyed. The only thing good about this game is the graphics are pretty good.

Review: I have the original just in case you are asking. The expansion basically has the same old terrible, disappointing gameplay, and sound effects. Okay fine the producers add like 3 more units to the existing eleven. Just like the original, the expansio lacks one basic thing the starategy. Like the original this game lacks the strategic element that most rts agmes have. The movies are terrible in comparrison to Red Alert 2. If you are a long time strategy vetran don't go for this one. Yes I now it get's lots of game reviews on tons of game sites. I don't know why. The gameplay is boring, bland, lacks strategy. You'd think that Blizard would have fixed some of tthe problems in the original but no!!! The build timeas are still insanely long. There are just to units to create the strategic diversity of most games. The single player missions will bore the heck outa you (just like me.) Yes this game is one of the most over rated things that I have seen in my entire life. I think people need to wake up and open their eyes and see Brrod war and sc the way it really is. The graphics are pretty good. The interface [is bad]!! I seriosly don't know what people see in this game and the original. What should you get? Uh try good examples of rts such as Red Alert 2 , Dark Reign 2 or ground control.
