Summary: Best of Westwood Games
Review: It has some draw backs like the loading time but other then that, it's the best game so far in my opinon. Excellent grapics and great game play makes this game worth the wait. Also, there are endless stageries at your finger tip to test.

Summary: This is the best game that ever hit the shelves
Review: I have heard people make tons of complaints about this game that are nonsense(not on amazon.com.) First complaint that people make is that the graphics are bad (outdated.) What are you talking about!!? This game has excellent graphics(better than age of empires or starcraft.) Some people even go far enough to say that the movies and cut scenes are laughable. Again, the movies are really cool. Even my little brother has fun watching me play the single player games. The games are action packed. The graphics are excellent. The new features add lots of ways to beat each mission (putting soldiers in civilian buildings and blowing up bridges.) Also some people say that beating the missions depennds on buiding large amounts of units. Yet again wrong!! What if your opponent has heavy base defenses or large groups of units stationed around their base? There are so many kinds of untits for the Allies and Soviets(enginiers and spies add new possibilities for all missions. Some people say that the game depends on super units(such as prism or appocalipse tanks.) Not really. There are pwerful units bet the game does not depend on super units. The terrain IS deformable(when tanks blow up they leave marks and trees and bridles can be destroyes.) Every aspect of the game is heaven. From building my base to attacking the enemy. If you havn't bought it you should definately get it.

Summary: For RTS fans only
Review: I have every C&C game with every expansion and this one easily beats the competition. I really hope they make Red Alert 3.
The videos are made by the same actors. The action is intense and it is way harder than Red Alert 2. Yuri's side offers a lot to the multiplayer experience, plus both Soviets and Allies get new units. What are you waiting for? Buy it! You won't regret it.

Summary: A good shooter
Review: Actually I would give this game a 3.5 but because it was based on the Command and Conquer series it deserves 4 stars. I read in some reviews that people who bought this game did not like it. Well I am a big fan of FPS games and I liked this game. It is not the best game ever thats for sure but playing command and conquer in 1st person is surely fun. The graphics are very good actually but in some areas they could be better. You can use many vehicles in this game and that is something that adds more value to the game. The control of the vehicles are so easy also. However it is true that the game revolves around saving 3 scientists. You destroy the bases and use the CC vehicles but I think the story could be different. Something like prevent NODs to nuke the world. Not to save 3 scientists. So I believe the story is week but the game is much fun to play. ... Not a perfect game but still much fun...

Summary: Fun but shallow
Review: This game does capture the C&C feel very well, and it makes the player feel as if he's part of the overall battle that is continuously going on between GDI and Nod. Its looks are respectable, neither as beautiful as they could have been nor as wretched as other reviews have indicated. I am having no problems with choppy movement, again as other reviews have indicated.

Bad points, for me, include the typically asinine testosterone-filled cliches which litter the scripted conversations and cutscenes like droppings on a windshield. Westwood appears to be aiming at a target audience made up of male 13-year-olds, as both male and female characters reek of adolescent fantasy material. Trying to watch the cutscenes evokes the same feelings that seeing Gary Coleman on "The Weakest Link" did--a terrible desire to change the channel out of reflected humiliation (I can, at least, hit the power button on the speakers when the shooting stops).

It's not the best shooter by far, but it's good for some mindless entertainment and nostalgia value.

Summary: Renegade is Alright
Review: "Renegade" is fine if you're a fan of Westwood's Command & Conquer RTS games. If not, then you'll probably have a hard time digging the concept of running around and inside the huge buildings you could only mess with from a distance and I think "Renegade" succeeds quite well here.

But "Renegade" gets its [butt] severely whomped when it trys to showup far superior FPS games such as Raven Software's "Soldier of Fortune" or "Elite Force". There are so many errors with the A.I., the most glaring is with the enemy who might stand two feet from you and not see you, not even as you rip it apart with your chaingun. And though Westwood has been able to pull off some interesting things with its engine, "Renegade" just doesn't have what it takes in the graphics department to really compete with the likes of id's "Quake III Team Arena" engine or even Epic's "Unreal Tournament" engine.

Still, "Renegade" has some really cool level design, kickbutt weapons, solid multiplay and a great soundtrack filled with screaming soldiers and booming explosions, really placing you in the combat boots of the good guy, Nick "Havok" Parker.

My thinking is if you like Command & Conquer and wish you could really be at ground zero, "Renegade" doesn't disappoint. But if you're looking for a killer FPS game, save your money for "Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix".

Summary: Yuri's Revenge
Review: Yuri's Revenge is by far worth the money. Allied and Soviet get new and improved weapons and then there is the third side which is Yuri. The Soviets get Boris, The new Soviet hero. He can elimintate men and tanks in seconds with his machine gun . And to destroy buildings, he can call in an airstrike of MIGs that easily take out the building. For the Allies, the SEAL is now a standerd unit. The Allies also get the Robot Control Center, which lets you build Robot tanks. They hover and are immune to mind- control. They also get the Battle Fortress which is a huge tank that is a moving garrison. Any infantry except rocketeers can be put inside and can shot out at enemys. The Battle Fortress can also crush walls. All in All, Yuri's Revenge is one of the best games around.

Summary: bad game
Review: Its really not worth your money. After you play the first stage, you will be amazed how beautiful and creative people from Westwood studios are. But after the second, third stage, you will realize that there's no point to beat this game. Ackward graphics, repetitive and boring. And its slow too. I'm sure that people who give this game 5 star is just playing the first stage only. WARNING: Because of slow and dropping framerates, dizziness and motion sickness will occur after half an hour playing.

Summary: Why this game is below average...
Review: I was appalled at the look of this game.
I have been playing for about 6 hours now, and I can't believe that this game was made in the last 2 years.
The graphics are lame, and the confusing layouts of the levels leave much to be desired.
The Enemy AI is weak, almost embarrassing at times.
I tried, but could not connect to an online multi-player game, but I can tell already that it will be nowhere as fun or pretty as Tribes 2 is.
Tribes 2, a game that was released about a year before this title, makes this game look like a bunch of brain damaged monkeys made it.
I LOVED the C&C games, and still play from time to time, even if Red Alert had some ramping issues.
I think that it is a shame that so many people will buy this game, and think that this is the best that current 3-d shooters have to offer.
Pass on this, and take a look at Medal of Honor Allied Assault for a great single player game, or Tribes 2 for on-line multi-player fun.
Westwood should be embarrassed that this title shipped looking the way it does.
