Review: Heroes of Might and Magic Compendium was a genius idea by 3DO. For a small price, you can relive the beginning of an incredible series. Although the gameplay may seem simple, you go into extreme depth in storyline and gameplay. You'll find yourself playing hours on end just to beat one game, just to go on and spend countless more hours just to beat the next in the series. After you buy this and play it to death, I recommend buying the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 series, as it continues the storyline and engulfs more of your life.

Summary: Bad graphics, slow gameplay
Review: When I first got Heroes of Might and Magic, I thought it would be a great game. But when I installed it, I was very frustarted. The game had bad graphics, and slow battles. The creatures were huge, and battles slow. And when the creatures died, they poofed away in a cloud of smoke. Uh huh, that was realistic! The best thing I can say about this game is that it can be very addicting. Even thought I disliked it VERY MUCH, it got addicting. It was something that was cheap and I could play quickly, even though it was cheezy. I don't think this game is very hot, but if you want a cheap game to addict yourself on with poor graphics and a funny story line, go ahead!
