Summary: Sim City 3000
Review: I just bought Sim City 3000 for my pc and I downlouded the game, started playing it and it was great! You build, you smash and destroy buildings. I've been waiting to get the first Sim City for my pc but I couldn't fined it. I heard of a Sim City 2000 and I couldn't fined it but Sim City 3000 was in front of my face. Now I've heard of the release of The Sims for the pc and I'm going to get it if I don't for Christmas. I don't really know how to play Sim City 3000 but I'm just playing fun with it. Buy it, you'll like it. I love Sim City 3000!

Summary: A disappointment
Review: When this game came out I was thrilled. I had played all the other Sim games and thought this would be even better. I bought the game and started to play. I was horrified. The graphics and the landmarks were great, but you can't build any houses, stores, roads etc. The game builds everything by itself. All you can do is decide where to put the regions. The game is also too complicated. You have to build power plants, wter pipes, electrical lines etc. Don't waste your money on this.

Summary: Nice Cheats
Review: This is a cool game. If your planning on cheating there are a lot of easy ways to get off easy. Many people like building large cities, and virtualy the only way to get over 100,000 people is a cheat for everything to be free. I personally have 287,000 people in one city using only half of the map. There are many neat cheats for this game at gamesages.com to help you really build an urban empire.

Summary: Memory hog
Review: I thought this game was great fun until my city grew to about 30,000 residents. The game became so slow that I dreaded ever having to go lay any water pipes because of the load time between views. (I was running on a 450/128MB/40X). So I became very frustrated very quickly with all of the load time and gave up. If you don't mind twiddling your thumbs, this is a great game.

Review: I highly recommend this game which is nicely challenging and allows you to express yourself. Wether you're into "let's pollute the skies" or "let's celebrate earth day by building a 500 acre park area", I'm sure you'll love this game.

Review: I thought this game had everyting in the real life world. It was very complicated at the start, but the graphics are great. It's neat how ypu can see every little detail, like when you can zoom in, you can sometimes see people protesting! I like this game very much!

Review: this is a great game from maxis, who is one of the best computer game simulation companies(the sims, sim city, sim theme park). the graphics are great and dont get choppy even on a low video card, like i have. my only problem is that there could be more buildings, but overall a great game. BUY IT!

Summary: Give it time...
Review: When you first buy this game, you will need to give it time. Reading the Manual first just might be alot of help. The game starts out in pause mode. This gives you time to zone space for roads, residental & commercial or indutry zones, water pipes and electrical wires. It times take to know the best way to zone RCIs. It's not easy and money can disappear fast so don't go crazy zoning everything and destorying things, it will cost you. It sum this review in one sentence. It takes time to build a perfect city so try different approaches and eventually your get it right.

Summary: Challenging game.
Review: This is a challenging game as you have to manage your city very well to win the support of the Sims. Having enough funds for city improvement and expansion is another thing to achieve. At first, you'll be awed by the beautiful graphics, but as you play for a while more, the game will become boring. It dffers not much from Sim City 2000 with only a few additions here and there. You can see tiny people walking on the streets in this version.

Review: Well the people at Maxis has done it again with another genious return of SimCity 3000. If u think the sequel was good wait till u try this game. Even though it left out some of the disasters like Hurricanes, Plane Crashes, and Floods this time, they even left the scenarios out, but once u r up and running on this game u will be hooked on it forever. They have a good variety of Starter Towns to get u to know about the game, and this time u could download real city terrains like NYC, San Francisco, Russia and etc. Plus they give u already made cities to. So be sure get SC3k and also SC3K Unlimited edition to.
