Rating: Summary: Eh? Review: A team of ewoks haha. Maybe they can win by the other team being sympathetic by the ewoks throwing pebbles at them.
Rating: Summary: Expensive Patch Review: After thoroughly enjoying SWGB, I must say that I am sorely disappointed with the expansion. The bulk of the changes are balance issues, things that other publishers (e.g. Blizzard) provide with a free patch. The missions are disappointing as well. Three of the missions are introductory and basic, which makes them seem pointless after completing the forty-odd missions from base game. Almost all of the missions are linear, eliminating the need for any kind of tactical thinking. Also, the cartoonish depiction of the hero in the Republic battles gave me the impression that this was a hasty project for the developers. The new units were intriguing and fun. The emphasis on Jedi forced me to use a component of the game that I hadn't played much previously. I honestly didn't notice much change in the environments, though--they just seemed to be slight variations of those from the base module except for one (Sarapin). And I definitely didn't feel that the soundtrack was changed in any way. While not without some worthwhile qualities, Clone Campaigns is just too expensive for what it delivers. Perhaps for multi-player this is a must have, but for single players it just is not worth the price.
Rating: Summary: Age of Empires:Clone Campaigns Review: Although Age of Empires is not the greatest game in my opinion, StarWars Galactic Battle Grounds is close. Coming in third after Final Fantasy and Starcraft of course. You build lots of buildings and lots of troops in a mix of Starcraft and Age of Empires. 80% Age of Empires. This exansion pack just adds on some great new stuff to play with. Re kindling my passion for the game.
Rating: Summary: amazing Review: best expansion in the world more civelizations more battlegrounds buy it!!!!!! if you ,don't have enough money save and ten by it!!!! (hahahaha)watever just by it trust me but make sure you have the original first
Rating: Summary: Clones, clones, clones! Review: Clone Campaigns is the single best expansion pack for any game I've played! The list of changes alone takes up three pages of the manual. If you do not already have Galactic Battlegrounds, this expansion is more than enough reason to buy the game.
Rating: Summary: One of the Greatest RTS games: Revisited Review: Galactic Battlegrounds was a perfect blend: Star Wars and Age of Empires. It proved to be a game with tons of options and replayability. Now this expansion pack addresses every problem and missing part of the original game. There are some main attractions with this x-pack, mainly the Episode 2 heroes, civilizations, and campaigns. But current features are not left alone, each civ gets more units, bonuses, and is carefully outlined to be more different than it was in the original game. With more units for the scenario editor and a few surprises LucasArts hasn't revealed yet, this x-pack promises to give a great game, a lot more than that it all ready has.
Rating: Summary: Slash Review: Great graphics, easy to use directions and setup, lots of episodes. You can create your own storyboard and set levels of difficulity.
Rating: Summary: You Have To Play This Game To Belive It Review: I don't own this game (but i'm getting it for my bday) but my friend owns it and i loved it! For thoes of you who have not yet played it, you DO NOT know what you are missing.
Rating: Summary: This game is not worth the price Review: I got this game and it only has two new teams and when you start the game all of your old levels you have beat are gone. You have to beat them all over again. But your scerinos are still there which is good. But they have many new upgrades but there all a waste of time. When you buy the original game you get 6 teams for 40 bucks and you get the new game for 30 bucks and there are only two teams. And there are teams they could make on this game that they didnt such as ewoks, jawas, and tuskin raiders. If I were you i would save my money and buy a better star wars game.
