Review: I definitly reccomend Roller Coaster Tycoon.When I first got this game I had it bad, real bad. It was way to addictive!Roller coaster tycoon includes 14 types of coasters like the steel mini roller coaster the steel roller coaster the steel corkscrew roller coaster and many more.Another thing that is fun about this game is that you can create your own roller coasters which is quite hard at first but you will get used to it in no time!You can even check on your guests by simply clicking on them you can check how much money they have and if they are hungry sick thirsty or they have to go to the bathroom.Be sure to include at least one expansion pack but it is not required to.So buy this game and no matter what age you are you will have lots of fun!!

Summary: Roller Coaster Addiction
Review: This game is great!You can build your own roller coasters or buy them.You get a choice between Thrill rides, Gentle rides, Roller Coasters, Water rides, Transport rides, and Food and Bathroom stands.The only drawback is that you can only build rides in certain areas, they wont let you build if it is to high for ride supports.You do get a choice between mission goals,but they don't let you build a theme park just for fun.The sounds are great and makes you think your in a real park.Just beware, the weather changes from sunny to rain in seconds and that means people won't ride rides.Make sure you have Mechanics, because if you not careful a roller coaster could crash and people will die!!All in all this game is good, and I really do recomend it.

Summary: the beginning of a great game
Review: Roller Coaster Tycoon is an awesome game. You may have seen or played sim theme park but this is 10 times as good. With rides there is a varity of things to do like color the ride and cars, pick the kind of cars and the price. You can build custom roller coasters and see what the guests are thinking. Name your rides anything from Lame-O to Terminator. Mant different parks some started other from scratch. This game has it all. If you like theme parks this is for you.

Review: The minds over at Microprose (I think that's them) have overcome the powers that be at Maxis by developing and producing this game (with a little help from Hasbro) "Rollercoaster Tycoon." Maxis' SIM lineup, year after year, has been overshadowing Microprose games such as "Transport Tycoon" and "Railroad Tycoon" with programs such as "SIM Town" or "SIM Park." But, after Maxis produced "SIM Theme Park," many children received what they had finally sought: you get to make your own theme park! It served its purpose until Microprose, with a REAL rollercoaster designer, made "Rollercoaster Tycoon." Kids looked at SIM Theme Park and Rollercoaster Tycoon and came up with a conclusion: "SIM Theme Park sucks." Rollercoaster Tycoon lets you control Marketing Campaign to jacking up how much it costs it goes to the bathroom, and even what color the Ice Cream booth should be, and all in between. With loads of scenarios and rides, this should be on everyone's list of top computer games. Sorry Maxis, Microprose created a monster and brainwashed it to do it's bidding. And added bonus to this game is that you can expand it instead of buying a completely different game. If you don't have this game, you're out of luck. If you have a crappy Macintosh, you can't play this. You're stuck with "SIM Coaster."

Review: Can't afford Disney World? Then you may want to try to bring the thrills and spills of an amusement park to you. Roller Coaster Tycoon gives you the opportunity to see if you have what it takes to build your own little wonderland. This is a must have for you Michael Jackson wannabees. Roller Coaster Tycoon is a simulator based on the Sim City genre of games. It gives you the ability to assemble an amusement park that rivals some of the ones you have probably visited. Like all simulators, building things isn't cheap. You must manage your capital wisely, in order to accomplish your goal of attracting customers, and building rides and attractions that generate your profits. Enough of the finance babble, Lets get down to business. The game lets you start off in a couple of ways. One option is you can choose from one of the pre fabricated parks, and try to manage it to profitability, and not letting fall apart. Or, you can start from scratch and build your own park. Both options let you build until you feel like stopping. The game doesn't take your park away once you have met your goals. Good things too. Kids don't like things being taken away from them, and neither do adults for that matter. Game play ranges from simple to complex. Beginners will want to lay down pre fabricated rides and attractions. It's a click the button, and place the building interface. Once you have moved past that, you have the ability to make your own rides and coasters. This is where the game can get tricky and frustrating. Some times you take the time and put in the effort of building a super coaster, just to find that your customers are too chicken to go on it. The game gives each customer his or her own personality traits, which you can monitor. You can find out if a customer is happy, sad, bored afraid, hungry, or angry. Based on their reactions to your facilities, you will know what you have to do in order to make your park better. The range of the personality traits is amazing at times. My personal favorite part of the game is the sound effects of the park. Everything from the music to the sounds the rides make, gives you the feel that you are actually there taking part in the activities. The animation is also excellent. You can easily lose yourself for hours in these aspects alone. The upside to the game is that you really don't get micro managed to death in order to keep things from going haywire. The downside is the patience you must have in order to be successful. It can take a while to build a park that has the items you want in it. Trying to budget your money while attracting customers can be tedious. You may eventually get bored and start tossing your customers into the water and watching them swim for it. That's also one of my favorite features. In the end, Roller Coaster Tycoon is an enjoyable game that will keep you and the kids entertained for plenty of time. Its technical scalability makes it a winner for Sim players of all skill levels. It is easily one of the best games in its class. If you are into Sims, this is a must have for your collection

Review: While house sitting I stumbled upon this game. Out of my childly interest I popped it in the harddrive to give it a whirl. Wow! Oh! Wow! Was this game fun! I started it and couldn't stop! I played and played! Build you own theme park, and play around a little. I have never gotten board yet, and I only hope that the people I am house sitting for will let me use it just a tiny bit longer, because it is the funnest game I have ever played! I guess now that I am hooked, I will have to buy my own! I recommend it to everyone! Play and enjoy...

Review: I think anyone who enjoys simulation games should buy this game. I love building new parks and seeing people enjoying them. Be careful how you build your roller coaster. If you are a sensitive person, be very careful to complete your coaster before you open it or people may end up dying on your ride! In this game you can construct roller coasters or waterslides, or simply just have one prebuilt for you. When you build the ride, you can check excitement ratings and even nausea ratings! There are also other things that you can put into your amusement park like merry go rounds, info centers, and consession stands. Here are some tips: 1. Always build an info center and a bathroom right by the entrance. 2. Make your entrance fee $40 and make all your rides 10 cents. You will end up with a ton of money. 3. If you test a roller coaster and it crashes on the test, delete that roller coaster or you will not get ANY customers for that ride. 4. Don't hire mechanics. They just walk around like lazy bums. 5. If you own sim coaster, throw it in the fire. I bet you one billion dollars that you will not regret it!

Review: Wow! The game is very fun. You have many things to do in it. For explain you can bluid a roller coaster or checking to see if people like your park. The game is worth the money! Big time!
