Summary: Expansion plus graphic improvement
Review: Everyone is appropriately writing about the great increases in warriors, lands, etc. Totally agree, but don't also overlook the graphic improvement. While AofE II already had AWESOME graphics, the expansion disk has tweaked this and made it even more beautiful, lifelike. AofE is the BEST game.

Summary: It'll be amazing- if it ever gets out!
Review: I have been waiting for this expansion set since July. The first time I check the release date, it says July 25. Next, I hear August 25, ok.. I can wait another month. When I check today, I find out that AOE 2: The Conquerors is delayed AGAIN, I'm starting to wonder if the expansion pack will be out before AOE:3 comes along. Don't get me wrong, I love Age of Empires.I have also played the demo version of The Conquerors, and I thought it was absoultely amazing. But enough delays already, release the fool thing!

Review: Another triumph from Microsoft and Ensamble. The expansion tothe game of the year, AOE 2, is certainly worth the $. If you've ever played Sim City, Pharoh, Heroes of Might and Magic, pick this one up. NOTE: You MUST have AOE 2, The Age of Kings to play The Conquerors. Great improvements on gameplay with an automatic farm regeneration, smarter villagers. Great new civilizations, each with great units. This historically accurate game adds Unique Technologies to each civilization and about 10 great new maps. Do yourself a favor, When you beat Diablo 2, pick up AOE 2 and The Conquerors. GREAT GAME. NOT A FLAW IN IT!

Summary: I am amazed.
Review: I have played the original game AoK for hundreds and hundreds of hours. Playing it online is extremely challenging and a lot of fun, requires smart strategies and is simply one of the greatest online games i've played. The expansion adds more civilizations, more units, campaings and most importantly of all, balances several issues in multiplayer gaming. Overpowered units have now become balanced, as weaker units have been improved. All this makes for a more varied online gaming, as more units and different strategies can be used.I find the balance they've created in AoE, AoE Rise of Rome, AoK and this new expansion in particular, incredible. This is what makes this one of the greatest online game series, in my humble opinion.

Summary: An awsome expnasion pack laoded with goodies
Review: The x-pack adds 5 new civilizations, awsome new units and technologies, fixes many bugs and balances the game betetr overall in Random Map play. In DM Koreans seem to be a little strong, kind of like hitites in aok, if done right by an expert you can't beat them but overall in team play you see many civilizations including turks, goths, koreans, spanish, franks, huns, britons, and celts.

Summary: Age of Empires II: The Counquerors Expansion Pack
Review: Age of Empires II: The counquerors Expansion Pack is an add-on to Age of Empires II. It simply ADDS-ON 5 new civilizations (Aztecs, Mayans, Spanish, Huns, and Koreans, total of 18 civs) and new technologies like a unique technology for each civilization (Chisese Rocketry, Persian Mahouts, etc.). New units will be added, like in the Americas, the Eagle Warrior as a substitute for cavalry (it's very fast) and in Europe the Halberdier as an advanced pikeman. There are also new worlds like "King of the Hill" and "Defend the Wonder". There are also Real wold maps of France, Britain, the Iberian peninsula (Spain), and even Texas! With the sme old good graphics and new and fasinating architecture this promises to be a great Expansion pack for already AOE & AOE2 lovers like myself!

Summary: Fun, to say the least!!
Review: The Conquerors is a great expansion. With five new civilizations, new units, better game play... its just more fun. The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of five stars is because I think they still could have done more. yes, the new civilizations and units make the game more fun but its still the same game. Even though I took a star off the rating I would still buy this product. The age of empires: the conquerors is a great expanision, it makes the game more fun. heck, thats what expanisions are for arent they?

Summary: Great addon for an already great game
Review: I had a chance recently to try out this expansion pack for AOE2. It basically adds five new civilizations to the game, each with its own buildings, units and characters. Each are very detailed and add a lot of gameplay to this game. I have over played this game, so to me its not as impressive as it might be to some other players. None the less, it does give you some more hours of fun to see all the new goodies. If you love AOE2 you should definetly get this.

Summary: The Conquerors is going to make a great game even better!
Review: The 5 conqueror civs (Spanish, Hun, Korean, Aztec, and Mayan) were near misses to be put AoK in the first place. The devoplers made a great call by giving the meso-american civs (Mayan & Aztec) the Eagle Warrior, since they don't have cavalry. The Spanish's second uninque unit the Missionary is just right for them. The Korean Turle Ship rules the waves. The campaigns and new games will blow your top off. This is a must have for any RTS gamer.

Summary: Mas historico que nunca!
Review: Con las nuevas civilizaciones el juego se vuelve mas universal, esta expansion conserva el sentido historico de age of empires II y resulta en una gran experiencia cada vez que se juega. Se debe aprovechar tambien el libro de descripcion de cada cultura para aprender mas sobre ella y saberla utilizar para cada campo de juego. :)
