Review: A wonderful game. A blend of so many different things; a campagine game, a strategy game, and a test of endurance. Who can hold out the longest in this game, you or the other guys? Spend your time wandering around and compleating tasks or wander around looking for enemies to take out. Spend your money wisely and make your cities grow and prosper and produce troops for your heroes. Wander around, collect artifacts and win though the day. A game that can absorb you to the fullest and leave you with many hours of enjoyable playing time. After about 6 months of play I'm still enjoying it. Every time you play there is one more new thing that you find. A great game, a wonderful experience.

Summary: Heroes Of Might And Magic--and Beyond
Review: Heroes III Complete is the best Heroes of Might and Magic game yet. This one has not only the original "Heroes III" (The Restoration of Erathia), but also includes both expansion packs (Armageddon's Blade and the Shadow of Death).

If you're new to the Heroes of Might and Magic series, then here's a quick overview. You start out with only one hero and only one town in a standard scenario. You can also hire more heroes once you've built a tavern. You can build different buildings in your town, but only one per day. Different buildings allow you to do different things, such as improve the fortification of your town, increase your weekly income in gold, learn different spells, and aquire troops for your army. Once you've built up a good army, you can go out and conquer land and other towns!

I like this even better than the Heroes IV game because it comes with a map editor and campaign editor. In the map editor, you can create your own world to play on, customizing everything down to the last little Gnoll Marauder. You can even customize the victory and loss conditions. The campaign editor allows you to string many maps together--custom and pre-made--into one campaign. This is a really good game.

Summary: Great Game, but Not Challenging
Review: Heroes III is an improvement with respect to everything except its artificial intelligence. It seems to me that the AI could not keep up with the other advances. Consequently, the campaigns were much easier than they were in Heroes II Gold. The concept of carrying some of your best heroes from one level to the next in the campaigns makes the game too easy. In particular, I finished the last level of one of the campaigns within a ridiculously short period of time because I had too many powerful spells, such as the "fly" spell. The game is still tons of fun, but Heroes II Gold is much more difficult, so I actually gave my copy of Heroes III to somebody else when I finished it. However, I still play Heroes II Gold.

Review: Heroes III: Complete is a pretty good game.
If you are looking for a good game with good, fast graphics
Then this isn't the game for you, but if you are looking for a strategy game with mystical creatures and the sort, I would reccomend this game for you. This game is kinda like Lords Of Magic. Only it isn't as boring.

Summary: Very good buy
Review: Heroes of Might & Magic is still one of the best Turn base strategy games. I spent hours & hours on it. Since the original & the expansions are very hard to get, I was glad to get this complete package at such a good price (I had the orignal III, but couldn't find the expansions anywhere).

Get it if you like turn base games, I promise you that you won't regret it.

Summary: This game is great
Review: Heroes of might and magic 3 is a one in hundred gaming expirenece. While the graphics are not as spectactular as som of the other more recent games game content overcomes any complaint about graphics. It offers near endless levels a broad scale of creatures from pixies to devils. Manage all aspects of a team you have selected from resources to building to how you mange your army. Send valient (or black hearted) heroes questing to find new materials and artifacts that boost you civilization. Heroes of might and magic 3 is an awsome game to play that offers near endless possibilities.

Summary: I love it
Review: Heroes of Might and Magic 3 is one of my favorite games. There's enough variety in it to keep you busy for hours, and no two scenarios happen the same way twice. The Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete gives you even more things to do.

I'd never played either expansion pack; so getting them included in with the original game was nice. I'd played most of the original scenarios to death, and the expansion packs have given me a lot more to play around with. Plus, the addition of a conflux makes even the original scenarios more interesting.

There are only two things I could consider a possible drawback for the game: the first time you install it and run it, you have to go through the introduction. That's nice the first time, but if you have to re-install it more than a few times, the introduction gets old. My other complaint is the starting single campaign scenario isn't one of the easier ones, which can make it hard to get used to the first time around.

Heroes 3 is a good game, appropriate for a variety of ages. The minor drawbacks don't take away from the game at all, and it's fairly intuitive, so you can figure things out without the need of a bunch of books.
