Summary: The Best Red Alert Ever!!
Review: -This is the best version of Red Alert. The Expansion version of this one (Red Alert Counterstrike) is even better!! I have tried many other strategy game by this same company, but the original Red Alert and its expansion is by far the best!!

Summary: This is best game I have ever played!
Review: C&C:Red Alert, along with its ad-ons, is the best game i have ever played. It has great graphics. If you are looking for a good action game here is a good one. Be warned though this game is very addicting so you might not want to stop playing.

Summary: Better than Age of Empires and Tiberian Sun combined!
Review: Command & Conquer: Red Alert is the best strategy game out there. Use tanks, infantry, Tesla Coils, planes, subs, and more to blow the computer apart, or take on a friend (or seven) in multiplayer Head-To-Head (to head-to-head...) Play as the Soviets and crush the Allies. Or be the Allies and save the world from the Soviets. Make sure you have enough power to keep your important buildings (such as radar and SAM sites) in case of a surprise attack. There are three things you need to do: 1) Make sure you have food close by; you don't want things like hunger distacting you. 2) Make all your phone calls NOW; you will be using the modem so much you can't call them. 3)BUY THE GAME!

Summary: If you like war-style games, this is the Best for You
Review: Command & Conquer: Red Alert is one of the best stradegy games of all time. Take your pick of sides, Soviet or Allied and make your way through 15 missions, each of which you must accomplish all of the set goals to finish the mission. Plus, you and your friends can play over modem, or online at westwood's online site, with the Westwood Online program. This is highly recommended if you like war-like games. Have fun!

Summary: Stunning, but it could be better!
Review: Definatly an improvement to Comand & Conquer. Its great portrail of the worlds history brings out the beauty of the games wonders. Although it coule be much better, it does lack in certain qualities but not many or majoy ones. You would think that the follow up - Tiberian Sun would have tried to follow on Red Alerts great game play but sadly no. It just came up far behind being way to dark and mystereous. Red Alerts weapons, vehicles, people and buildings are just right and not futuristiky which is good. And to top it all off it is just sooooo adictive once you start playing it. You just have to get to the next level, thats why it is so good and worth what you will pay for it.

Summary: Red Alert rocks!
Review: Having played Warcraft and Warcraft2, I was ready for a more "real life" fighting game with tanks and soldiers. Red Alert was the answer. Overall, Red Alert is great! A person can play as Soviets or Allies with funky weapons unique to both like Tesla Coils or Gap Generators. Additionally, a person can play the game on-line with as many as four players (more with faster Internet connections.) If you like to play strategy and grind your buddy's head into the dirt at the same time, this game is for you. Oh, and I agree with everyone else - this game is VERY addictive, especially if you play it with buddies over a network or over the Internet. Expect to spend several hours playing.

Summary: Very cool!
Review: I bought this as part of package deal that had Red Alert & both upgrades and man, what a deal. This is a very cool game with some great gameplya, battles, on cut scenes that wer just too cool. The only thing bad about this game was the multiplay. Seemed like the Russians had too much of an advantage. you always had to over for paratroopers dropping behind your lines, otherwise you lost something critical plus the Russians got to make bombs which caused alot of damage. I played a freind of mine and beat him 8 straight times before he wouldn't play me anymore. That was the first time I ever played the game and I was always the Russians. Other than that, this was too cool. you get to play both sides and alot of the levels are very challenging. A must for any Command & Conquer fan and realtime game lovers.

Summary: Red Alert, one of the best Command and Conquer games yet.
Review: I bought this game from a software catologe. I had also had Command and Conquer Gold Addition and Command and Conquer No.1. 1 and two were great, there just so addictive. The same is with Red Alert. As everyone who has ever played Command and Conquer knows, it can be a little frusterating when you try 15 times to beat a mission and never win, but what decent game isn't like that? Overall a great game.
