Summary: Great fun
Review: This game is one of the best games I have ever played. I would rate it up with Civilization, Civ2, Alpha centauri. And most of Sid Meiers games. This is The ultimate Sci-fi Strategy game. It has almost the exact same menus except with better graphics as Civ 2. You have to have it

Summary: Awesome game
Review: This game may be old, but it has amazing graphics, and every ascpect of the game, ships, weapons, colonies, even your race is customizable. I can always play another game, and it is really a neat game.

Summary: The best of all
Review: I have never found a more thrilling game like Master of Orion 2. Despite the old but still good Graphik, it is a game, that you can play and win and start over again and again, without getting bored.

Summary: Truly a Classic & Benchmark
Review: MOO2 is a classic and benchmark by which all space opera (strategy) games should be measured. This game got pretty much everything right in terms of story, gameplay, and strategy. Many games have tried to immitate MOO2, with very few coming close to this classic game. Even though its came out a few years ago and looks a dated, the gameplay is really good.

Summary: One heck of a game.
Review: I use to play Master's of orion two in college, but when I graduated some of my stuff was, shall we say, borrowed. Anyhu, a friend of mine started talking about it and I remembered the weeks of fun this game provided. 13 diffrent species with unique abilities, and a system with choose your own attributes. great turn based strategy game, and a must for old school Sci-Fi afficionados and new gameplayers alike.

Summary: A classic game
Review: This game is a classic. I bought this game about 6 years ago and is definitly one of my favorites. While some of the newer games have great graphics want they sometimes lack is a infinite possiablities that give the gamer a large amount of control. The does not overwhelm one with millions of options though. This game is good for the options over galaxy size/content/life, constuction of ones race over about 30 traits, the research options, abilty to board and take over ships, multiple ways for the galaxy to be yours, random encounters with space monsters with mulitple random effects, and also leaders to assign both planets and ships. This game contains more then what I have mentioned, but space doesn't not allow me to tell all. I have never talked to anyone who did not enjoy this game if they liked good stratagy games.

Summary: Awsome!
Review: clame unknown star systems. conqure other races or your arch enemys the ... trade for reserch or reserch it yourself. build up a humunges amount of ships to conqure other races. become the top leader of the galexy before the other race does. This is just a few of the things that you can do on this game. I would recomend this game to any game player who loves stradegy. the superb grafics and sound efects can be run on even an older pc. Truly a great game.

Summary: If you liked Civilization
Review: Microprose's best game, and possibly the best game ever, was the original Sid Meier's Civilization. If you liked that game (and anyone who's played it should), then you'll like this too. If you are looking for a sequel to Civilization, check out Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (a great game in it's own right); this game is different. It has many of the civilization building elements of Civ but set in a galactic conquest setting. This game is geared much more to stratigic combat than Civ while still retaining all the empire building qualities. Put simply, if you like strategy games, this should be in your collection.

At ... this game is a steal (and low risk) so get it before it's unavailable.

Summary: Best of its class.
Review: Master of Orion was one of me and my friend's favorite games. And when 2 came out we went right out and got it. Unfortuanately I lost contact with that friend and haven't played MOO in years... and plan on buying it tomorrow. The game is great. It is like Heroes of Might and magic. A turn based strategy game where you take bases. But the bases are planetary systems and you get to control the people and make armadas. You even get to make your own races with special abilities and the ability to live in specific habitats better. It is defidently they best in it's class.
