Review: The sims are really cool. It's fun to watch them do stuff and this is even better than the Sims because it has more clothes, heads,carrers, interior items and exterior items. Plus it has Genies, Grim Reepers, and Robots. So you should get The Sims Livin' Large today. No exageration.

Review: I think that The Sims is enough fun but the expansion pak is interesting with the new jobs. I really dont thinkit is necessary unless you enjoy fighting off roaches, having your Sims play in bed, and more stunning things.

Review: I bought the original "The Sims" game a while back now, and I loved it then. When "Livin' Large" was released, I figured I had gotten enough of a kick out of the first one to get the expansion, although I am not a fan of expansion packs. I was blown away by the amount of stuff added in LL. There were double the amount of objects, numerous more walls and floors, more skins, and so many other things! "The Sims" is one of the best computer games to come out in years because it breaks away from the Simulation game genre in that you can control one specific family and track their actions, not an entire city. It is a lot of fun, and you can experiment with your Sims. Do what you want to them...make a long game, or a short one. Seeing the Grim Reaper is always interesting.Here's some suggestions if you are a Sims fan. First, "House Party" is being released, so you might want to get that, too. There are hundreds of Sims fansites out there, so try some of them. ... and get to fansites. You will find numerous excellent fansites where you can find downloads for your game. New skins make the game a lot more fun. You could find celebrities, men in uniform, whatever floats your boat. Also, try ..., with a great skin database. All around, "The Sims" is worth the money, so go get it today!

Summary: Kinda fun, but not as fun as the original
Review: This game is fun, but once you really dig in, you wish you didn't. The grim reaper scare ... me! The tragic clown is annoying, and some of the furniture is too much. Some of it is fun, like the crystal ball and robot, but the genie is incredibly irritating. Buy this game, though, because some of the furnture is nice. This is only a forewarning, not to stop you from buying this game.

Summary: Startling... but only adding excitement
Review: I have spent more time at the computer with this game and expansion pack than I would have thought possible. I received both the game and the expansion pack in early January and have since spent many nights manipulating my Sim families. After I finish I feel as if I have cleaned my entire house about a thousand times. I started with just the basic Sims game and quickly felt a need for more options. The expansion pack brought many welcome (and some unwelcome) additions to my Sim families. I am still exploring the different items, such as the crystal ball, the scientist's table, and the telescope, and have many yet to try. The one unfortunate aspect of the expansion pack is that the coolest items have higher prices. You could just leave your Sims living in a hole to try out certain intriguing objects. I was very surprised by some of the results of interactions with the new objects. If you are attempting to create a successful family, you may be better off with just the standard game. These new objects can create some unexpected setbacks. I suppose there is some good, but it is unplanned. On the other hand, you can entertain your wandering neighbors better. The aspect of this expansion pack that I dislike the most is the possibility of cockroach infestations. These are probably the most annoying additions to the game. They are time consuming and thwart other goals. I find it necessary to have a maid now just to rid myself of these pests. Maybe a new added service should be a monthly pest control! On the flip side, my favorite addition is the total number of new options. It is great to have more personalities available, and accordingly more neighborhoods to put them in. Also, your Sims can now have fun while learning. An amazing new concept! Overall, I highly recommend this addition to anyone intrigued by the original game.

Review: This is a great expansion pack. You get so many new skins, things for your house, more stuff to interact with. You also get new career tracks. Like a musician,a slacker, and many more. I can't explain it well by typing, your just going to have to get it.
