Summary: One Excellent RTS Game!!
Review: I was reluctant to purchase this game at first, however, then I heard very good things, and read excellent reviews. So, I decided to go under the knife and buy this product. I installed it on my computer perfectly, and played for hours. If you are the kind of person who likes bombing the enemy's base with Nuclear Bombs, and SCUD missiles, this game is for you! You can play online with up to 7 other people. You can choose from three teams - USA, China, and GLA (terrorists). All 3 are pretty equal in power and all equally fun to play as. I highly recommend this game! Just to clarify, this is NOT a game where you are a ground troop shooting up the enemy.

Summary: Very fun after LAN finally setup
Review: It took me and my friend nearly two hours to get a multiplayer LAN game working, updating patches and working XP firewall settings, but we finally got it running and it was totally worth the wait. I love the vast differences in the three different armys, China, GLA, and USA, such as different super-weapons like nukes, EMPs, and plasma guns from the sky. The two of us were able to play against normal, hard, and brutal opponents and can make the game as tough as you want it to be. The graphics are awesome, the music is great, the migs are cool, and the game is so fun when using 'Black Lotus', your building-capturing invisible spy, to get back into a round that you think you've lost!
The best C&C game since the original Red Alert!

Summary: This doesn't go with the C&C series.
Review: It's a pretty good game but it takes place no where in the C&C series. I have every C&C game except for Covert Ops, Counter-strike, and Retaliation. Generals doesn't seem to fit in between C&C and Red Alert. It is years above Red Alert and a few years behind Command & Conquer, which doesn't make sense because the tiberian meteor was supposed to hit earth sometime then. And what happened to the Allies, Soviets, GDI, and Nod? GDI was formed before the meteor so instead of USA, China, and GLA it should be GDI against some other side maybe even GLA. It's a pretty good game as I said above but you would need a very, very fast computer to play without annoyance. I gave it two stars for a cool war game. I would have given it more stars if it was in the C&C storyline.

Summary: Thax god this game beat warcraft
Review: R u bored of the war games u have right now? So get this Generals, even though u need a fast computer, still a good offer. If u try China have strong tank, but slow money. While the Usa comes along with missile blocking techology, also very fast money. Thy Gla doesn't need power, get a little money. (1st Generals game).As they go on new techology comes new and improved armys. Like the each armys has a general three 4: China, Usa, and Gla. Now comes with new upgrades, units, and strutures.Install right away. If u want 2 know the new units, strutures, and upgrades, don't ask me. Buy it!!!

Summary: Hmmmm need a fast computer
Review: This is a really good game online and off but you need to have a really good computer.
I have an Amd Athlon XP 2100+ with a g-force fx5200 ultra and 256 mb ram..
And guess what?!?!
It still lags a lot
With China it has the best tanks in the world but slow gathering.
The USA army is good but not really powerful... the Air Force General is not that good either.
Once you get this game i suggest you get the usa: laser general, but hey that's my opinion.
The GLA are good at gathering supplies but the are weak in small numbers. Any way you count this this is a solid game...
Oh and one last thing the stuff i was talking about like the generals that's all in Zero Hour which is still a solid game.

Summary: One of the best games ever!
Review: This is one of the best games I've ever played. Online play and replayability, especially with a DSL connection is awesome. Good graphics, excellent gameplay and the same easy interface and other goodies that made the C&C series so irresistable. Don't believe the system requirements, though. You need atleast a 2.5GHz with 128MB graphics card and atleast 128MB RAM to get this game to run properly. I recommend as full up a system as you can get. If you are a fan of the C&C series and haven't played this yet, wait no longer!

Review: This is one of the best RTS out there. Battle for Middle-earth from the same developers will beat it, but for now it is the best. I rarely play this game singleplayer now, but it is fun and if youdon't have an internet or LAN it is still worth buying because the computer is really good. When palying against friends thats when the havoc unleashes. There is nothing more fun than to appear in your friend's base with a huge group of upgraded Overlords (best tank in the game with radiation spreading shells) and blasting the his base or hacking into his superweapon just a few seconds before it fires. It is a great game that anybody will like. I've been playing ever since it was released at my friend's house and than I bought this Deluxe Edition a while ago. The datadisk adds a lot of new weapons and vehicles that are perfect for every side in the game. There are three sides in the game: USA (the technical one), China (heavy machinery), GLA (Global Liberation Army - terrorists). They are all unique but I prefer GLA most in the game because they have no power source so your opponent can't take out your power plants and completely destroy you with one attack. The Datadisk gives them motorbike riders which are great for wuick attacks and the ability to have tanks invisible. This is a great game that u should buy if you're looking for great RTS gameplay. There is only one problem. Requirements. The engine has to produce lots of units at a time and that drains your memory. I would recommend to have about 1.5 - 2 GHz of processor power, a graphics card as good (or better) as Radeon 9100 or maybe GeForce FX5200 ULTRA. I played it on Radeon 9000 and GeForceFX5600 and it wnet fine but you MUST, I repeat MUST have a RAM of 512Mb. Otherwise you will get a lot of lag. Buy this game, it is great!!!!!!!!!
