Review: From what I have read and seen off of various websites, this game looks fantastic. I have a been a Sims fan for a couple of years now and I started to get bored with it. it is time to update this game. i cant wait until you can build on more than two levels. that should be awesome. plus I hated how you couldnt put anything on a diagonal walls and now you will be able too! This game is going to be awesome and I am going to buy it as soon as it comes out! I wish it would come out sooner!

THE SIMS MAKIN MAGIC WAS A PRETTY BIG DISAPPONTMENT SO I DON'T REALLY RECOMMED YOU BUYING IT.

Summary: Wow...I can't believe it!!
Review: I would've never expected a Sims 2. It's a brilliant idea that Maxis has come up with. It looks SO fun. I really only found out about it like a day ago but I've been researching it a lot. The screenshots look awesome (find them at TheSims2.com). I've seen a lot of other sims fans asking Maxis to make an expansion pack about growing up and living the stages of infant, toddler, kid, adult, and grandparent. This makes the game based on reality and really just tells you that you have a limited amount of time to achieve your goals and it teaches you about how you can ruin it. The sims are also more aware of their surroundings. If two sims are making love and another enters the room, they'll have a reaction. The new create a sim feature looks cool as well. We get to personalize our sims much more.
If you have the Sims Makin Magic expansion pack, there's a Sims 2 preview disk in the case. I suggest you watch it, it has a lot of info about the game.

Review: by kyle: I think the sims2 is going to be the best sims ever with the new graphics being added in. I've heard that thier puting new lighting, body actions and intoractions plus a heck load of new objects and building objects.The characters can even have weddings and insted of just babys thay age from 1:babys 2:toddlers 3:teenager 4:adults 5:oldies.i cant wait for it to come out.

Summary: Will be quite the little bundle of joy
Review: I have been a devoted Sims fan ever since the original. I have every expansion pack, and although there were a few minor bugs in some of them, the only one I was dissapointed in was Makin' Magic. Anyway, the Sims 2 looks to be quite fun. There will be new lighting effects, aging(which you CAN turn off by the way), a ground breaking DNA transfer, which means that when two sims have a child, that child will inherit both of the parents looks. You can also build more than two stories, which will be nice, and unlike the original, you can change the patterns on furniture. Your sims will also be more responsive to other sims actions. For example, if you make your male sim talk to a female sim, and they get to like eachother (I mean LIKE eachother), then your male sims goes and talks to some other female sim, the first female sim will react to that. Sounds great, huh? There is a lot of good vibe circulating the game, and it is much anticipated. I have already reserved the game, and I suggest that you do the same, for it will be surely sold out. By the way, Maxis plans to unleash a program called Create-a-Sim, which will be availiable for free download off their site when it comes out later this month. In Create-a-Sim, you will be able to create Sims before the game comes out!

Review: What can I say? Maxis have really hit it off this time with it's modernised version of The Sims. It seems that they have rid us of all the boundaries that the original put up. Here are just some of the new features:
Your Sims now age (instead of staying in some time warp) through different stages. Baby, Toddler, Child, Teen, Adult and finally geezer. If however you like the age that your sims are, you can toggle this option off.Different ages have different wants from life. Toddlers, for instance, wish to learn to walk (and get help from parents) whilst teens want to invite a crush to a party and can end up being dragged home by the cops, lol! A whole new 3D view to your sims lives is now here. You can get so close to your sims that you can see their realistic facial expressions! You can also change the camera angle so that you are seeing it from the eyes of a sim. Houses have been modernised thank god. You can now have attics and decking and can also build your home on a hill. Loads of new wallpapers and floorings have been added and you can now place doors and windows on diagonal walls. As neighbours are more likely to visit each other than those at different ends of the SimCity4-style neighbourhood, you can move your sims house to any lot you want! There are now real wedding ceremonies and not just for hetrosexual couples either. Family means a lot more now as the kids grow up and leave to live a life of there own and have their own kids, grandma and grandpa, aunt and uncle, will still stay involved and you can look at the map to see where they are. Its not just houses you can build on lots. You can build shops and resturaunts so your sims can just pop across the road for some groceries, or a gourmet meal so it feels like a real neighbourhood. There are new motive bars. (hunger ect)I know that the social bar is now divided into family and friends and that there is another, mind, which measures how stimulated your sim is though im not sure if there are more than this. Sims also have a lifescore now, so that every time something significant happens to them, theyre score will go up. DNA exists in this game, so kids will inherit their parents features and skills. Also, things which hapen to sims in their lifetime will affect their relationships in the future and their personality. I can't wait for the new game to come out, only 2 months 8 days and 5 hours to go!

Review: I remember when i first heard about the sims i was like ...game that i can control, i can make them do what i want (insert evil laugh here)....this is a control freaks dream right here..lol..but seriously i was so disappointed when i didn't get it for christmas or my birthday and by the time i got it Livin' Large and House Party were all ready on the market. When i got there after pricing it at a couple of places there the sims was, finally i thought and there next to it was livin' large and house party. Sooo, being that i had limited funds i decided to get LL and The sims anyway, hell you can't have one with out the other...right... Anyway, i've been playing and loving them ever since. The Sims2 is going to be a big hit and it'll be sold out before it hit the shelves which is why if your thinking about it go ahead and pre-order that way you'll beat the hassle and the rush..LIKE I DID!!! Plus, on there website you can download all types of things for the games from people to objects ....and lets not forget the abundance of fan sites. Devoted fans sites are the best (much love to the ones who don't charge:p for there stuff..ummmmm anyway) you can get sims that look like anyone and you can get furniture that looks like real furniture, not to mention cute clothes, even your dream sims* if you know what i mean..lol...check it out at http://www.Thesims.com
