this game seems absolutely fab!!!!!! i cant wait for it to come out but i can wait a little longer if it means they can make it better and perfect it , but plz hurry maxis. the first game was great and i was sooo excited when i got it and all seven expansion packs , but im sure this will be even better. this is the first entirely new stand alone game . its amazing , but dont take my word for it just go on to the sims website and check it out for yourselves theres screenshots , videos , and loads of info on the new game and even chat events for your own questions !! hurry and go on it you will love it just like me and you should pre order this game just like me !!! :) bye xoxoxo

Review: wow maxis rrreally blew it this time... theyve decided that they are not going to release the sims 2 until the second half of 2004 (sumtime after july).. just check www.thesims2.com maxis really sux i along millions of other sims 2 fans are so looking forward to this game but now theyre delaying it even more... that is so like maxis.. geeze this sucks big time! a big thumbs down to maxis! you probably lost thousands of fans now

Review: If you have looked at all of the other reviews here, you'll see that everyone has 5 stars for this game. I disagree. If I could, I would give it six. Its that good. The first Sims made is a masterpiece all its own, but this game goes beyond that. For example, in the first sims, if you were bored and hungry, you'd have to eat and do something fun seperately. Now, you can lie on your bed eating potato chips while watching TV! And thats not all, folks. The attitude you take is now a much bigger deal. For example, depending on how outgoing your sim is, they will act different in everyday life and conversation. An outgoing sim will start conversations a lot and make many body gestures, while a shy sim will rub their arm and try to slink away. Isn't that the coolest, or what?! Also, there are many more objects to choose from, over 500! That is more than 3 times the amount of objects they had in the normal sims. Your faces have emotions. This is the most perfect game! I haven't even played it, but I know I will fall in love with it. If you don't buy this, frankly, you're an idiot. A sad deprived one. Buy it!

Review: I am one of the first people to actually play the Sims 2! I am 12 years old and they wanted a kid tester so of course I said Yeah. It was great! There were only a few problems that they were fixing.
1: If you don't have much memory left on your computer the graphics are a little slow.
2: Sometimes you miss you ride to work, because they just didn't give you enough time to get out there.It was fantastic though! Worth the money for sure! Since I went to their company to test the game I got a little iside info: They have a small team finishing up the Sims 2 and a larger team working on the first expansion pack which I go to try. The only thing is they made my sign a form saying that I wouldn't tell anyone what was in the expansion pack, or I get sued :( I think it is worth you money for sure!

Review: I have been on a tonne of sims 2 websites, including the official site - believe me the screenshots it shows you here do not do the game justice. The graphics are unbelievably great and the best thing about it is the 'DNA' and the timeline of it all. Your two sims can have a baby that grows up to look like them and there are life stages like baby to toddler to child etc. The sims can now die of old age too and get struck by lightning. The houses can have three floors and one of the designers even used it to find out what an extension would look like on his house. It rocks! PS - Get an exclusive preview of the Sims 2 when you buy Makin' Magic.

Review: According to all of the things I read about The Sims 2, it sounds AWESOME! I can't wait till it finally comes out. I thought The Sims 1 was addictive; I wonder just how addictive the Sims 2 will be!;)

Review: i've already tried it and i thought it was going to be GREAT!! did u hear me i said GRRR-EEATTT!!! I was sadly dissapointed.....non of it was REALISTIC even tho it looked like it would be.. they completely lied about all the features they SUCK DUDE!! maybe sims 3 will have a LITTLE improvment TRUST me all the websites u go on and read about it are lying!! there arent all those stages of life........well looks like back to the barbies for me...ATLEAST there REALISTIC!! yea and guess what else they've kno changed the sim language to chinese not jibberish so hav fun little chinese children!! but u probably think'll suk 2 even if it is in ur littl language!!
