Summary: The Sims 2 (totally cool!)
Review: This game looks so cool- I can't wait! I'm a mac user though so I'll have to wait longer... I was so excited when the first sims came out and I thought it was really cool- now I'm blown away by the screenshots I see of the game. It'll be so cool to have different stages of life, so instead of having the same boring old sim for however long you play, they always change! It'll be nice to have more customizing abilities, so your sim is totally the way you want them to be, plus more social interactions and stuff like that. I also heard that you can have 3 stories (I'm an architectual nut- this'll be so neat!) I hope the people who own PC's really enjoy this game!

Summary: A must buy hit of the summer
Review: As a sim fan since the beginning, I have lived through much of the hype for the expansion packs. When thesims2 first hit discussion, it was around the release of livin large in the offical Thesims.com BBS and I have been intrigued ever since, waiting on my hands for a offical annoucemant on if TheSims2.0 would ever reach fruitation.

It is safe to say that this will continue the noble and porfitable franchise. I gave it four stars though because from what we have seen and learned, it is a awsome game, but sadly it requires a more powerfull computer to run due to the complex 3d nature of the game meaning sadly some will not be able to play the game without upgrading or buying a new computer.

To those who want to know for sure if your computer can run the game, I recommend going to www.Thesims2.com and clicking the game section and look for the system requirements.

Even though the game's release was pushed back owing to the fact that maxis was not finished with it, and wanted to polish it to perfection before it is released, it is still a game that is worth getting, even if you are a sim fanatic, or your interest in the concept of running peoples lives. You can be both the Bossy controlier, to just a spectator in the whacky lifes of computer coding.

Summary: Maxis, Please Hurry Up!
Review: Although I, as many others have not played the Sims 2, rate it 5 stars because of my expectation. I have been to many websites, and can say that there will not be basements. In the Sims 2, they will not be able to do their laundry. Also, you will be able to put makeup on your Sims. I am almost 100% sure of all the preceding. I sincerely hope that Maxis makes this Sims the best it can be, without postponing the game release any longer.

Summary: This will be the best game EVER!!!!!
Review: I'm totally psyced for ts2! I'm really ticked that it isn't coming out until after July. But if we rush Maxis the game won't be the way everyone wants it(realistic, challenging, perfiect, ect.) So anything Maxis makes is worth waiting for!

Summary: The sims twoo
Review: In the sims two you can have above ground decks and 5 story buildings. the buildings are 3D. you can have children, get married n move out of the house when you are old enough. You can follow your sims to work and school, and your sims can have cars. Not everyone in the house has to have the same last nite, so you can go as far as making a sorority,to having more then one family live on a lot. Teenage sims can be punks/skaters to cheerleaders, can run away from home or excel in school. Sims will have sleepovers, first crushes and first kisses. Sims will recognize their family, as distant as a cousin or aunt, to a mom or a dad. they will treat family different from strangers. (eventually the cops bring the teens back). You can cut your sims hair and change their appearance at the vanite, and change everything from makeup, hair and clothes. Sims can have a divorce and move out. (windows can be placed on slanted walls. GO to www.thesims2.com for more info!!)

Summary: The Sims 2 University
Review: Somebody below posted this as their review: "I am one of the first people to actually play the Sims 2! I am 12 years old and they wanted a kid tester so of course I said Yeah. The only thing is they made my sign a form saying that I wouldn't tell anyone what was in the expansion pack, or I get sued :("

Ok, you have not tested The Sims 2 and even if you did, they wouldn't have made you sign a form to say you won't tell anyone about what is in the game. Also, it isn't an expansion pack.

I have, though, played The Sims 2 at the Sims 2 University that was held at EA in San Francisco. My site is called SimSational and if you look on the Sims 2 website it lists us to say that we attended the event.

We didn't get asked to sign a form and say we won't say anything about it what so ever... anyway, I played the game for about an hour and a half and from what I saw it was absolutely mind-blowing. I got to fiddle around with the Create-a-Sim and some of the other webmasters (including KillerSims and The Sims Resource) actually managed to re-create their faces on a Sim. I couldn't work it out though lol.

I built a house and everything, it took a while to get used to but once you do get used to it, you can build these amazing looking masterpieces. You could make a tudor-styled house or a modern suberbian house. You can now have 3 floors and have another floor in the roof (no basements unfortunatly).

I personally can't wait to get the game for myself and play it for longer than an hour and a half! I give this game 5 stars (of course!).

Summary: This will be fun.
Review: All of the current Sims fans are going to freak out when they play this. And those who haven't played Sims before--will.

The original Sims is fun, but can get boring at times (not to mention very realistic). The Sims2 makes it so you can play your Sim throughout their ENTIRE lifetime. You can see your Sims grow old.

And in this game you totally customize their homes--build an attic, basement, make some hills. It's all good. You even can zoom in and see the expressions on the Sims faces!

The best part is, when you have a kid they won't turn out to be a differen't color than your Sim, they automatically take the features from their parents, so you have your own unique Sim!

Sims2 is a completely revamped version of the original Sims. Players will have more fun trying out all the new features and making their Sims come to life than ever.
