Summary: Different...but fun.
Review: I have to say I had my doubts about this PC game but I bought it because I had an itch to take on the role of a rescue P.J. or Coast Guard medic. It's actually pretty fun and I'm not a serious flight-sim fan. It took me only a couple of hours to get the hang of flying a rescue helicopter and controlling the rescue crew (rescue diver, medic, etc.) You don't need a joystick but it helps. The graphics and sound are good, the controls and difficulty level can always be adjusted and any of the missions can be played without completing the campaign. However, I did have some crash problems with my GeForce 3 card but all in all definitely worth the money.
