Rating: Summary: Entertaining and Fun. Review: Once again EA Sports out did it-self with FIFA 2000. The moves of the players to the crowd cheering in the back got me quite excited while playing the game. The team rosters and the updates that they placed on the uniforms show how they know the game. I would recommend it to all soccer (football) advocates.

Rating: Summary: Best soccer simulation... but, it could be better Review: Se ve y se siente increíblemente bien... Resulta fabuloso ver a los jugadores gesticular cuando gritan, etc. Los movimientos son tan reales y rápidos como si estuviésemos viendo Tv... ME encanta!!

Rating: Summary: Could use some improvements... Review: The only reason why I bought this game, is because I LOVE football. However, a few game-play flaws are evident. For instance, I can't just lob it in a general direction, and have my strikers chase after it. But I also know that 2001 and 2002 are out, but they won't fit on my computer. But I'll take my football in anyway that I can get it!
Rating: Summary: What Happened? Review: There are so many flaws with this game it's funny. The only good thing is the the animation on the players' faces and the animated crowd. Now for the flaws: 1) The Commentary. There is only one word to describe it: horrible. What happened to John Motson? "Phil and Judy" sound like morons. It seems like they only know one player's name on each team. In '99, Motson named at least a few players on each team. Phil and Judy do not sound the least bit realistic in their "commentary." Also, not every team is introduced by "Randy" at the beginning of each game. It's obvious that they were too stupid or prejudiced to say "Saudi Arabia, Al Wasl, Al Nasr, Al Ahly," etc. 2) MLS. Merely adding the MLS shows what level that EA has sunk to. And since they added the MLS, they might as well have allowed you to play in an MLS season. Pathetic. 3) The faces on almost every black player look distorted. When I played this game for the first time, I used Manchester United. The faces on Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke looked horrible. They didn't even look realistic at all. When I began to play the game more, I realized that almost every black player's face was like this. Another biased feature of FIFA 2000. 4) The shielding does not work. They can still tackle the ball away from you! 5) There are no sideline players visible during the gameplay. The sidelines are completely empty! 6) Difficulty levels. Once you play the game for a while, you will realize that the "Professional" level is extremely easy, while in "World Class," it is almost impossible to retain control of the ball and stop the opposition from scoring. 7) The season mode is ridiculous. Andy Cole was averaging a hat trick a game when I played as Manchester. The Bottom Line: EA Sports has some serious, serious work to do if 01 doesn't end up a pile of garbage like 00.
Rating: Summary: FIFA 2000 Review: This game is a great game. I also have FIFA 1998. FIFA 2000 is better than FIFA '98 and any other soccer game because you can be an MLS team as well as an international team and the players on the other team are not totally stupid. You can actually get the ball stolen from you and the score is not extremely high. The players also jump over the slide tackle so you don't get the ball every time you slide. The animation is good and the moves of the players are similar to what they do in real life. The goalies do not always catch the ball. Sometimes they punch the ball over the crossbar, but not more than they would in real life.
Rating: Summary: This is total football. Review: This game is awsome, both technically and graphically. Don'tread American reviews on the World game as they are generally baised, and attempt to compere football (known as "Soccer") with what they call American football.Fifa 2000 is the definitive footy sim for the serious fan, or general gamer. The options are almost endless and the control system is second to none. E.A. have always excelled in the Fifa series graphicaly, but this is unbelivable, the characters are instantly recognisable, and the AI has been greatly improved. Buy this game it is an absolute gem, even if you already own Fifa 96/97/98 and 99.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: This game is excellent. What could you expect from a soccer game? The rules are the same and there is no difference. This game is the best one compaired to the others.
