Review: I have been playing FIFA since the first version was out. frankly I have been obsessed with FIFA for many years. But overall, I think that FIFA2002 has made the most progress. It has been add more team management, and made more challenging. In FIFA2001, I always won like 10-0. But now I have to really concentrate on every single game. Player positions are also taken into consideration by EA this year. In the past, you could make Ronaldo play defender, so still do very well at it. And now, this kind of problems don't exist anymore. Player also have to control the strength of pass now, which is also revolutionary. Your passes are not always accurate anymore, you have to think before every single pass. Overall, FIFA2002 is made for the really gamers. I hope you all like it.

Summary: Waste of Money
Review: Nothing beats FIFA 99. Since then its just been bells and whistles, culminating in the awful FIFA 2001. FIFA 2002 has little to recommend itself to hardcore players, although it may hook the novelty-seeking, cash-rich, hype-adoring fans who crave the upgrade.
Stick with the old. EA Sports, why don't you try and bring us other games like field hockey or water-polo or street soccer or polo.

Summary: Nice!
Review: So if you like pc games and other consoles games, buy it! If not do not even thinking about it! This game has extra cool graphics with all the details you can imagine! This time fifa proceeds with more teams than before! Just the same as fifa 98! With all the teams of the world, you can play world cup qualification with other tournaments such as: Draft tournaments, champions league, champions cup and season mode aswell with countries of usa, england, france, germany and etc. Also this game is adding new roster players and newer teams in leagues. In england, new teams will come out on f.a premeire ship are fulham, and others aswell. Plus with the new technology of open pass, passing will be more precise and more accurate and more realistic. Overall, it's a game you shoul'dnt miss buying so go ahead and buy it cuz it rocks! And dont forget, the better the computer, the better the game.

Summary: This looks like a cool game!!!!
Review: I saw some of the previews for this game and it looks very cool.
The weather actually effects the game(I have FIFA 2000 and the weather does not affect the game) and you decide wher to place the slide tackle. And there are places where you willget a card for the slide tacke. Overall it looks like a better game then the one I own(FIFA 2000)

Summary: Beware of the MAX requirements for the game as well
Review: I bought this game at Media Play last week for 10 bux...it isn't too bad, but I'm glad I didn't spend the full price on it. It has some faults like the easiest setting it far to easy, but the harder settings seem to hard. I guess I still gotta give it some time. I have played 2003 over my friends house and I do like that one better, but there is no way I'm spending 40 bux on a video game, i think 10 is even too much. Overall though, I like the selection of teams and the leagues and all that junk. Definitly one of the best football games I ever played, but not THE best. It pisses me off that you can qualify for the World Cup but you can't actually play in it!!! Whats that all about??? Whats the point of qualifying??? Oh well, overall I gave it a 4. Thats my rant, peace out ya'll!!

Summary: A Work in Progress
Review: The World Cup is on TV. The US National team is playing well, and I really wanted a good soccer game to quench my thirst for the World's game. This is not that game. I could tell you how beautiful the animations are (they are lovely). I could fill you in on how much I like the commentary (much better than Madden). I could let you know how crisp the stadiums are and how easy the management tools can be, but that would be pointless. The ugly truth is that soccer is a sport, sports are by nature quick and unforgiving, this game does its best to frustrate you by making precise control of your players impossible. The passing is, while simple, a grotesque piece of rubbish. The movements of your players are taken over by the computer while the ball is in the air, so you're constantly out of position (I still haven't figured out the logic behind this). All in all it makes a mockery of the game. FIFA 2002 for the PC is a lot like a vacuous super model...it's pretty to look at but empty inside. Not worth a dime.
