Summary: fun BUT
Review: My grandson (6) and I love the Tycoon games, however, leveling out the ground on this one is REALLY tedious since you have to do 1 block at a time.
We found a trainer to keep our money up and everything else is not only doable but fun if you like to build.
Justin really enjoys the Zoo Tycoon series, we have all 3 and at 6 years old he told his nana he wants to be a anthropologist when he grows up. Now he's excited about this one and who knows??? He may want to be a space colonist when he grows up :-)

Summary: Be Warned-This is NOT like Roller Coaster Tycoon
Review: My twin 7 year old boys love Roller Coaster Tycoon. I was thrilled to see Moon Tycoon - it looked great! We just put it on last night and it was a big disappointment. Its very dark and hard to see what you've built. Its complicated for little kids (and their dad). We lost interest quickly. Its rated E so I thought it was geared to the younger set. It is not.

Summary: Could be better
Review: There are a lot of things to enjoy in this game, such as the great 3D graphics which make you feel that you are really on the moon. My biggest gripe is that it is too simple. Once you've played it once or twice it gets boring. There are only a few types of buildings, and your only option is to keep building the same ones over and over again. Adding additional, more advanced buildings would help the game immensely. I would also like to see the colony doing more changing itself, dependent on the kinds of choices the gamer makes. Overall, it is a fun game, but only for a little while. Except in terms of graphics, it really can't compete with games like Roller Coaster Tycoon and Railroad Tycoon.

Summary: Moon Tycoon
Review: This game is has awesome graphics. There are many, many, many different buildings to research. It is very different from any other game out there. The only prblem I had was it is pretty slow and at first the graphics did not run right. I had to turn off all of the extras like traffic and solar flares. I have a 1.2 Ghz Intel Pentium 3 and I still had these problems. But the game is still cool and fun to play.

Summary: Moon Tycoon
Review: This game is really fun and it keeps you on your toes. The only problem with it is that all you do is build and repair. If you stop building there is nothing else to do. That might be alright for some people though. If you're buying this game then I have a suggestion. Once you start building mines and factories you should set the game to auto-sell. Otherwise you run out of money all the time.

Review: This game is very interseting, and fun. Takes a little time at first to get things moving, and you frequently run out of money. But has awesome grapic features. I would really recommend this game for a "tycoon" lover

Summary: READ THIS!!!!
Review: This is my favorite game. Here is what I like about it:
-Create the first colony ever on the moon, OR an asteroid
-Choose the amount of money you want for your construction
-build hotels, condos, or small residential houses
-build shopping malls, research centers, warehouses, golf courses, amusement parks, aquariums, and MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!!
-hire mining probes to collect resources and burn the resources for money
-discover extra terrestrial life by finding alien artifacts, and aliens themselves!!
-create a city on the moon, and a colony!!
-instead of streets, you use metal tubes to walk through
These are the things I don't like about it:
-Screen is EXTREMELY dark, and is difficult to see what is going on
- even if system requirements are met or beaten, screen is choppy, or runs in frames,or is split or chopped up
-game is rated "E", but even adults have trouble with the financial stuff, and morale.
-helpers bug you with facts that don't have anything to do with the game, such as,"the moon's surface is 40% oxygen trapped inside the rocks."Getting back to the thing I said about the system requirements,my best friend has a PENTIUM 4 PROCESSOR,1.7 GHz,512MB RAM,A 128 MB AGP VIDEO CARD,AND WINDOWS ME, and the game runs horrible when lots of stuff is built.
But, all in all it is a great game, and I would reccomend it to anyone.Have Fun!

Summary: An awsome game
Review: This was a really fun game. I liked it because you get to build buildings on the moon and try to live there successfully. It was pretty hard in the beginning, but gets easier later on. However, once you unlock all the buildings, there wasn't really a goal to get them like before. And unlike rollercoaster tycoon (the best game ever)you didn't get to desigh the amusement parks and had you couln't talk to the colonists. This is a great game to buy, but there are better games.

Summary: Moon Tycoon Graphics Problems
Review: We have a HP pavilion mx70, 800 MHz Intel Celeron processor with 64 MB of SDRAM & up to 11 MB allocated to video memory and even though I went out on the net & upgraded our Intel 82810 Graphics Controller to the latest upgrade, it still wouldn't run this program without losing graphics. Very quickly, while building on the moon the graphics begin to fall apart to the point that you can't even see a great deal of the graphics. At first we thought it was the CD so we returned it & got a new one, but it was just as bad. Then we got the upgraded graphics driver & it started out a little better, but still started breaking up.
