Summary: One of the great strategy games out there!
Review: I bought this game yesterday and I have been playing it since it was installed. I found this game to be time consuming, interesting, and fun! Why TO buy this: *Worth the $ *It is almost "unlimited" (make your own buildings, scenarios, etc.) *Runs VERY smoothly (i have an AMD 750mhz Thunderbird processor) *Interface is good *Installation went smoothly *Excellent Manual Why NOT to buy this: *It ALWAYS seems as though someone wants something, it can often be TOO overwhelming *Hard to earn $; I read the manual thoroughly and it took a very long time to earn money, but once I got it really never ran out! (if u budget well)Overall, I really enjoyed this game and look forward to using it much more in the future. If u live strategy/ simulator games (The Sims, Rollercoaster Tycoon, etc.)this one is for you!

Summary: Nice Graphics, Same Gameplay
Review: SimCity 3k has great graphics hands-down, but if you've played oyther SimCitys then you've played SimCity 3k. The gameplay is identical with minor tweaks here and there, but with most of the hype that went into this game left out. You can't tweak individual buildings, or really get into the management of a city as you would like to. Once again things like subways and buses operate without an revenue generation (what country in the world gives away public transportation?), thus tying your economic fate to basically taxes (which are a simple model as well) and some policies. Graphics are great, but the gameplay is the same as before.

Review: This game is awesome. There are no graphical glitches (unless you have a worse graphics card than the system requirements) It can be a little slow at times if there is a lot of simulation going on. But another great feature. Just raise the animation speed! There can't be a more in-depth city building game than this. Don't buy this for the little ones though, it will be too hard for them.

Summary: This game is buggy. SimCity 2000 was a better game.
Review: This game has problems crashing. The game is unstable. The user interface is poor in many places. For example, your city can throw a parade for you. It is cute the first time it happens, but the game forces you to wait through the whole parade for several minutes. There is no option to end the parade early. It is difficulty to place certain features in your city. Read alt.games.simcity.3000 for a week and you'll see that many other people have the same problem.

Summary: Yeeee-Haw!!!
Review: This game is soooooooo cool. Whenever I get a new game I usually play it for about a week and then beat it or get tired of it, but I got SimCity 3000 U for Christmas and now it's almost April and I still play it! I am 11 years old and I think it is challenging but that is what makes it fun. And when you get board with what YOU have you can go on the inernet at simcity.com and get more stuff to play with. I recomend this to anyone above the age of 8, because if you are younger then 8 you may get frustrating.

Summary: BEST SIM GAME EVER
Review: This game is the best. It is much better version than the original SimCity 3000. You have four new disasters, and new styles of buildings. It works great on my 1000mhz computer. People with slower computers may have some problems with loading larger cities. When you have a population over a million, any computer under 300mhz will have the city moving very slowly. But other than this, it is the best game I have ever seen. The graphics are great. You will play this game for hours on end.

Review: Sim City 3000 Unlimited is Great. The grafics are cool because if you get as close as you can you can see The Sims! The Sims is a great game and so is Sim City 3000 Unlimited. You can build your own houses and it's really easy! I suggest if you're a Sim Freak spend a little extra and buy it today!!!!

Summary: Not very unlimited
Review: This game is barely better than simcity 2000. It doesnt fix any of the major problems that could have been found in Simcity 2000. For example, in Simcity 2000, you cant biuld your biulding on diagonal roads. This problem isnt fixed in Simcity 3000. All they did was make the game more complex and harder on the processer. The game lags on my 1.2 ghz PC.

Summary: Not even close to worth the money.
Review: First, this is not a "NEW" game, it is an upgrade for Sim City 3000. There is no new elements to this game, just some new features and scenarios for the original 3000. Second, and more importantly, the game runs "SLOWWWWWWW." Even on a PIII 500MHZ w/ 256MB of RAM, once you have a population of over 1 million, the games starts to creep along at a snails pace. The new scenarios and editing tools are cool, but defenitly not worth purchasing a whole new game.

Review: I got this game for Christmas and I was realy exited! When I put it in, It was GREAT! The new disasters are cool. The only problem is, it takes up a good deal of space. aside from that, IT ROCKS. It is worth the doe.
