Review: This is the best computer game I have ever played. If you are a fan of strategy games then you will love this game. If not then I'm sure you will be after playing this game.

Summary: Similarity to Roller Coaster Tycoon is no coincidence...
Review: When I heard that Zoo Tycoon(ZT) is coming, I expect zoo version of that famous and interesting Roller Coaster Tycoon(RCT). And I found that my speculation was correct...so much! Don't get me wrong. I'm not sorry that ZT is similar to RCT. Actually I'm a bit satisfied and relieved that this is not the case of Pool of Radiance which tried to be different from Baldur's Gate and a bit failed in a gaming sense. All in all, I enjoyed ZT as much as I've enjoyed RCT. And I prefer animals to coasters...I am actually having more fun. So why didn't I give it 5 stars? Because ZT has no breaking-through ideas which is, as I mentioned before, good for this game.

Summary: GREAT FAMILY GAME!
Review: I don't normally play sims, but this one kept me entertained for hours right off the bat. Easy to get started with the tutorials, educational (learn about money management, animals, and plants), lushly detailed visuals. There's even Zoo Poo! This game further helps to prove that a good title doesn't have to contain blood and guts - oh your animals can escape, but the most they'll do is shake the heck outta people! Don't hesitate to get this one - it's a charmer.

Review: Ok, I just saw something about a game called ZOO TYCOON, and knew that amazon, which always has everything, would have it listed if there was such a game. Sure enough - here it is !! I am a THE SIMS and ROLLER COASTER TYCOON fan, and if you are, or have never played either believe me get ZOO TYCOON ! Even though I have not yet played it, I know its gonna rock ! Just imagine building your own zoo, and picking all the animals you want ! WOW ! I can not wait. I am in Canada, so I will probably have to wait longer to be able to have this game than people in the US. But I just want to say this looks like sooo much fun, and I would suggest to anyone and everyone to get it ASAP !

Review: Whoa microsoft really knows what their customers want. this is an inngenious idea i mean it'll get get kids hooked for hours on end! well i thinkk this and flight simulator 2002 will be the best games of the 2001-2002 year

Summary: Another Good God Game
Review: This game takes up a lot after the Theme Park series but is a lot more in depth and better in my opinion. You have to keep the customers and your zoo animals happy. You hire animal handlers, tour guides, and clean up crew. If you played Theme Park you will find this game has a lot of the same tests and struggles. You have 50+ different animals to choice from and you get to choose their sex (Yes they reproduce). Now making the pens for your new found friends is fun! You start out with green grass... you have to make the enviroment for all the critters from the jungle to the artic from rocks to waterfalls. This is indeed an intense game. If you like god games you will probably like this...

Review: As far as Alex is concerned, The earth has stopped
turning and time has stopped for Zoo Tycoon. He has
probably spent a total of 20+ hours over the weekend
building and perfecting a zoo, several ocean water
parks, and a couple of Dinosaur zoos. He believes
this may be the very reason computers were invented in
the first place. He has been telling us for several
years that he wants to open a new "Ocean Adventures"
park (ala Gulf World) when he grows up, now his exact
quote is "It's my dream and I will not let anything
stop me!" According to the game, he is quite adept at
setting up and running a zoo.

Review: Zoo Tycoon is the most realistic and literally addictive game ever made. Design the wildest and most amazingly beautiful zoos from the comfort of your very own home! Even discover the secret of unlocking unicorns,yetis, and how to make endangered species thrive in your zoos! Make your zoo a thrill to visit by displaying the most interesting and fascinating animals in your own custom zoo! Decorate and design your zoo to thrill guests and they will never want to leave! Meanwhile, keep your guests happy and nourished by adding food kiosks of which you control the prices, animal houses,gift shops, and even carousels! Hire tour guides to lead your guests along the many different pathways of your zoos! Build viewing areas next to your exhibits for a wandering guest to stand under and watch the animals in the peaceful shade! Even design theme zoos out of all of the many possible landscapes to choose from in which to build and design your zoo! This is the most fun and realistic adventure that you could possibly have without actually visiting a zoo! You will be amazed and very impressed!

Review: Zoo Tycoon is an amazing game. You can build a zoo with some of your favorite animals such as, tigers, lions, and bears! You can also play senarios and do alot more! If you like going to zoos then why not manage a zoo? Your zoo could be one of the best zoos ever! Just be careful... dont let the animals loose or you will loose alot of guests and the zoo will go hectic! Good luck playin Zoo Tycoon! Remember: Do what you want!
