Summary: Wheel of Fortune 2nd Edition is great!
Review: (...)this game really does rule! It's better than the first because it has all new puzzles, A BONUS ROUND, and better graphics and gameplay. It's very fun and addicting, so if you liked the first wheel of fortune or watch the tv show a lot then go out and buy it!

Summary: This edition forgot on minor detail the AI
Review: Ahhh... The Artifical Intelligence is something this game forgot, lets check out the PRO'S and CONS of this game.

Pro's
Many puzzles over 2,500
Vanna videos
Better wheel
Behind the scenes exam/interviews

Cons
THE AI, The computer players are so stupid because first of all they pick the most random answers like W,X,Y,Z. Also they buy all the vowels in the puzzles until they win all the money. They pick the vowels that you know aren't in the puzzle, like U.
Their groans are annoying when they miss

Maybe Hasbro Interactive forgot that minor detail hopefully the new 2003 version will fix most of these problems, or not.

Summary: Good Game...
Review: I liked this verison as much as the first edition. However, the computer players aren't as smart as in the first edition. In the first edition the computer players play to win (just how I like it), but in the second edition, the computer is no fun at all. The computer always picks 'L' as its first letter (which I think is just plan silly). If the computer has alot of money the computer will still spin and risk it all and then with a few letters remaining pick the wrong letter. The computer rarely solves the puzzle, if at all he does.

Also, I don't like how you only get ONE guess in the bonus round. In the 1st edition you can guess 'til time runs out on the clock.

There are some advtages though. There are new categories, better graphics, and even better animation than before. Plus the game will keep track of how much money all players have won throughout all games played!

Get this game, but don't expect it to be better than the 1st edition.

Summary: best game
Review: I love to play the wheel of fortune game, I have the first edition, I am trying hard to find out where I can purchase the second edition but I am having no luck, I tried different stores but they do not seem to have them yet, can you please tell me where I can purchase the wheel of fortune 2nd edition before I go nuts. It is a very good and interesting game.

Summary: A wonderful game, almost like being on the show!
Review: I've played all the version of Wheel of Fortune, from DOS to Windows, the two best versions are the previous version and this one (1st and 2nd edition respectively). I felt that the 1st edition had better wheel spinning animation, but this is a minor issue for me, it's just plain fun! Vanna looks great, I know people have opinions on how she looks, I think she looks good, and people are certainly entitled to their opinion; it's the USA!

My only problem with this game was the inability to actually start a game! I didn't know what was wrong, and I had trouble getting in touch with tech support. When I finally did, they apologized for the inconvenience and told me to run dxdiag, the Direct X diagnostic: select start, run then type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks), click the "sound" tab, then to set my hardware sound acceleration level to "Basic Acceleration" on the pointer and I was all set! If you need your sound acceleration to "full" you can always reset it back after playing it. The new location scenes are good and it has more new fun puzzles to solve. I like the "behind the scenes" and interviews with the cast members. I know people have problems with this and am sorry they didn't like this title; I didn't experience any other performance problems except the above issue and hope they can work the problems out, because it is a great game! Lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyable.

Summary: Wheel Of Fortune 2 - You're Better Of Getting WoF 1
Review: It's ashame Hasbro Interactive didn't test this game before selling it. Yes, the graphics are more exciting in this version, and it has updated game play, but there are piles and piles of errors, besides being very very slow. You get bored because the game play is so slow. Sometimes, if you are lucky, it will let you choose an answer for Fill in the Blank puzzles, other times, it will just shut off. Also, sometimes a letter will appear on the screen and remain there for the rest of the game. Many times you get the same fantasy prize 2 or 3 times in the game. This version also repeats puzzles much more often than the previous version. They made it too high tech without really make it "Work." Sorry For Those Of You Who Are Suffering the Same problems.

Summary: Do not buy this! 1st is MUCH better!
Review: This game is not all that it is cracked up to be! The graphics although better than the first game are VERY slow. The volume is not easy to adjust. There is no way that I have found (and believe me I have tried!) to either speed up the graphics or turn them off. Very unhappy!

Summary: Good Game!
Review: This is a good game. I would recommend buying it. Here is my pro/con chart.

Pros:

1. Awsome Graphics
2. Awsome sound
3. You could pick from many settings, including: Las Vegas, and Fast Cars
4. Free spins, bankrupt, like the show
5. choose from minute game and rounds games
6. See career statistics
7. Unlock Bonus interviews
8. cool cinema scenes

Cons:

1. No Pat Sajak
2. Crashes computer sometimes
3. AI (computer) players are really stupid, picking W's and Z's
4. Bad voice acting
5. AI can be annoiing when they pick wrong letters, for example, they would groan like babies, and scream, "AW GEEZ!"
6. No option for easy, or hard games
7. Can't skip cinema scenes

So, even though there are many cons, it is still a good game. Very fun, I recomend buying it.

Summary: Best Wheel Of Fortune Game for Comp. Ever!
Review: This is WAY better than the first WOF(Wheel of Fortune)! Much better graphics, faster game play, I even like the sample contestant tests that would tell you how good you would do. This version has much, much, much more fantasy prizes and is really up to date on how the game is played now, except there is no toss-up round, which I think is a good element they added to this season's WOF. I can't wait for the next one which should have the toss-up round in it. This game rocks and I advise you to buy it.
