Summary: Hugely disappointing
Review: The ONLY difference is the improvement in some of the graphics. Everything else has remained the same or has even worsened. The AI is SO SO bad I couldn't even beleive it. Forget about hiding in the grass (a great feature about DF1 and DF2) becouse you won't be seeing anymore grass. In sum, no reason to buy this. DF2 was better.

Summary: Ok Compared to the First 2
Review: Delta Force Land Warrior has very exciting and new missions very much unlike the first Delta Forces. Game play is almost way too easy and enemies are easy to kill. The graphics in this game aren't in too much of my favor. If you have never played a Delata Froce game, this is your pick. But for all you die hard fans, I recommend sticking with the first two.

Summary: awsome game!
Review: Delta Force Land Warrior is really cool. It mixes all the new tchnology the US Army has with basic AK-47s. You can play anywhere from a training camp in the US to Russia to Egypt and then back to Mexico. The graphics aren't bad but the trees and plants are basicaly see-through. This is easly the best Delta Force there is. BUY IT NOW

Summary: What is so cool about this?
Review: It might be possible that the multi-player would make this more fun to play and improve my rating however, I doubt I will spend any time bothering to get good at this game. All the missions are virtually identical. You start far away from a small group of buildings, prison, or town. You snipe your way into the enemy camp picking off the few wondering sentries (that look like sticks from a distance)and possibly thinking that this could be kinda cool. As you enter the buildings you are reminded of of the graphics of the most primitive first person shooters. The worst part is the enormously ignorant AI. While you toss a grenade into a room killing the enemy, the enemy in the adjacent room ACT LIKE THEY ARE DEAF DUMB AND BLIND. On one night mission I shot about four times at a guy. Obviously the first three missed. With bullets flying by this guys head, within inches, he never moves. Most of the time when I get killed, multi-player or mission, I never know who or what killed me. WOW, WHAT FUN! Heres the best part. On one mission the dead bodies of the enemy became suspended in mid air, obviously a program glitch. LOOKS REAL STUPID. Playing missions with a partner I noticed that sometimes me or my partner cannot kill the enemy. You keep shooting but they don't die. Finally after getting killed a couple of times the game starts to work.

Summary: An Under Appreciated Warrior
Review: Land Warrior is a great game...but many do not take the time to notice it. Sure, it isn't exactly a groundbreaking game in both the gameplay and technical departments, but the time you have with it is priceless. Controlling the game is simple, but has enough options to make you think about what to do within the different mission types. The missions themselves are well-thought out and truly give you the feeling of being an elite special forces member. The only problem with the single player is that it isn't too long, and some of the missions might seem repetitive. However, this is balanced out by Delta Force's true gem in the game: the multiplayer. Never has connecting been so easy. Never will you get error messages or have to wait long periods of time to get connected. It is all plain and simple and fully supported and maintained by Novalogic. You can choose to play Novaworld, Public, or Private games. Novaworld games keep track of your stats and can support up to 50 people. The ranking system is a good way of knowing how well you compare to everyone else. Public and Private games basically can support up to 32 people, although 8 or 16 player games are more common. Regardless, the different game modes, such as Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Flagball, just to name a few, will deprive you of your sleep and keep you away from work. It is just so much fun!!! I dare say legendary online games like Counterstrike and Unreal Tournament can't lay a finger on it!!! So what are you waiting for? (...) BUY, BUY, BUY!!!

Summary: What happened with this one!?
Review: I'm an avid gamer, and first person shooters are by far my favorite genre. I loved both Delta Force and Delta Force 2, so naturally I thought that Delta Force:Land Warrior would be the next logical step to greatness. I wasn't TOTALLY mistaken, however it is safe to say that I was disappointed. My goal is to make sure that other followers of the Delta Force series don't make the same mistake. First of all, check out the screenshots for this game. They look great don't they!? Well I've got news; the real graphics don't look half that sharp. A grenade blast in this game looks like the graphics from the original Nintendo...that's right, the 16-bit system. In my opinion, I exaggerate not. There are, in fact, a wide variety of weapons, however they are far from realistic. The silenced MP-5 is indiscernable, and looks more like a stick than a gun. 3rd-Person view looks spectacular in the screen shots that Amazon put up, however the real graphics will show that the soldiers are unproportional and unrealistic looking. I simply can not comprehend how game programmers allow themselves to slack off so much after creating two very top-quality games. The military strategy element is the one bright spot for this game, as there are truly no limits to each level. I often found myself crawling for a thousand meters just so I could get behind my enemy for a shot with my Barret .50-cal. In this sense, there is great replayability. Missions can be completed in an infinite number of ways, and so this game is more of a time killer. Overall, if you're looking for a game to beat in a couple of days, or if you simply need to feel the rush of an FPS while you're waiting for all the fantastic November-release games to come out, then buy this. If you loved the other Delta Force games, then you should also buy this. However, don't have high expectations coming in to the game, as I did. You'll be disappointed.

Summary: GREATEST GAME FOR PC!
Review: This game is all about killing people, so if you are faint hearted then dont buy it, but it isn't a particularly gory game either, so don't think your kids will be playing a nasty game. In this game there are lots of things to do, on single player you go around on lots of different mission and work your way through to complete it, there are lots of different guns and other things that you use while playing (eg grenades, main gun[such as grenade launcher, machine gun, sniper rifle etc.] body armour, rocket launcher etc.) You can also play on multiplayer games online, which is what i enjoy most. This is because you get ranked as you go along, there are many different servers to choose from with lots of different scenarios. All servers supply a good amount of maps (levels) to play on. You can choose whether to be a sniper and snipe from the hills, a gunner to mow people down, or a grenadier to have more fun. The different types of scenarios are: team king of the hill, deathmatch and team deathmatch, capture the flag, attack and defend and search and destroy. You get moved up through ranks by playing these scenarios online. PLEASE NOTE: THIS GAME IS ONLY REALLY WORTH BUYING FOR ONLINE PLAY! This is because the single player isn't fantastic but the muliplayer is the best you can get. Requires some getiing used to but i started off from a pvt. online and through practice i worked my way up to a cpt. It is fun even if you are new because there are certain servers which only allow new people to play in so you aren't killed multiple times by better players. A must buy for people 13 or older...

Summary: The Best PC Game!!!
Review: I bought this game and ever since i first played it at my friends house i was hooked... this game is truly great. Though it does require skill and is good if you are good at these types of games... I have to admit that it isn't a very good 1 player game, but if you play on the internet then it is the best of all games. it is easy to play on the internet, doesn,t require multiple downloads. takes a while to get used to but you get ranked online so it makes the game very addicting (good for ages 12+). I have introduced this game to many of my friends and straight from the get go they were all interested. As long as you have a way to play online then this is a game you have to get! take my word for it, i have introduced to all sorts of people and they all enjoy the game and get a copy for themselves. Well worth the money,
Adam

Summary: Love it...
Review: Great game for those of you who enjoy first person shooters with some technical aspects. Graphics are very good, movement and effects very good as well. Things that could use a little work...joy stick support, the ability to lean out from behind things to shoot (Soldier of Fortune) and the ability to better control what you carry with you. Example, permit you to carry more satchel charges or claymores but it slows you down a little or causes some other mild inconvenience. Great fun though and I wouldn't let these minor issues stop you from picking it up.
