Summary: Pretty good effort
Review: The graphics are good, the resources system is adequate, the interface is intuitive, the mech lab functions are great. The campaign that comes with the game is too short, but the game comes with a mission editor that allows players to create their own missions and even campaigns. You can download tons of additional fan-created campaigns from fan sites on the web. These additional campaigns essentially make this game many, many times more valuable.If you like the battletech universe, buy this game.

Summary: LOVE MECHS!!
Review: The graphics, imagination, and detail are all WONDERFUL! I have and always will love anything and everything to do with mechs. This particular title is quite fun to play and I am glad that I bought it. The only thing I don't like is that it can get very choppy at times.

Summary: Horrible Service
Review: This game is absolutly horrible. I have a Radeon 9600 PRO and an Athlon XP 1700+ cpu, 512 RAM, and other good stuff too, and this piece of junk doesnt work. There are no game updates, no tech support from MICROSOFT!, and none of the solutions listed at microsoft tech support make it run. It installs fine, and starts to run the game and then just stops. New drivers were unable to fix it and who knows if I can return it. I give it one star becuase it looked fun and with my RADEON video card Im sure it would have looked sweet too!

Summary: Typical Microsoft Junk
Review: This game is probably loads of fun. I just wish I could get it to run on my computer. I meet the system requirements and I can get the game to load past the menu system and that gives me a problem some times since the game doesn't seem to respond to my mouse clicks. You need to have a computer that really exceeds the listed system requirements. You will also need to download all the patches that are out for it now from microsoft to get the game to work as well. Typicaly Microsoft Junk, just like the majority of thier other programs.

Review: This game is well worth the money you'll shell out for it. But don't buy it thinking it's the best game ever, cause it isn't. I has bugs and the required memory your video card needs to have is pretty high. Also I was way disappointed at how short this game was. It took me no time to finish it and I was left watching some (cruddy) ending, thinking good grief microsoft once again has ripped me off with there short games.

Summary: MC2 - A bigger blast than MC1
Review: This game rocks!! The interface was much easier to handle than MC1, and the graphics were vastly improved. The missions were definately more elaborate and alot more clear as to the objectives. New 'Mechs are always a plus, however the weapons have pretty much been the same. The 'Mech lab in MC2 was much eaiser to understand and allowed the user to organize the weapons on a 'Mech as he/she sought fit. I definately like the salvaging better in MC2, except the fact that you have to purchase busted and partially blown up 'mechs rather than gather them and repair them as you see fit. Over all, I would recommend this game to anyone who likes strategy/battletech games.

Summary: What a short game!
Review: This game will keep you on your toes the first time you play it, but it only took me 5 days to go through the whole thing! I tried to step it up one notch and go to normal dificulty instead of easy but I could not make it past the second level. Maybe I'm just not good enough. On a good note the game has tons of interchangible parts like rockets, lasers, autocannons, and sheilds that you can mix and match for every mission. If you have ever played the game Age of Empires, the game is a lot like that without the planting crops and building up your rescorses, just fighting and combat. So if you are looking for a game that will keep you entertained for a short while this is the game for you.

Summary: Short but to the point
Review: This is a great game with great graphics etc. The only bad thing about this game is that it runs !!**EXTREMELY**!! SLOW !!**EXTREMELY**!! on all but the fastest of computers (you need about a 1.7 GHz 1GB of ram computer, and a 64 MB graphics card to run this without it being slow) Also 50-75% of the time when you click a button it does not register the clicks (i'm talking the menu buttons, not the in-mission buttons)
