Summary: WORST GAME EVER... DON'T BUY THIS TRASH
Review: This game is slow even for my P3-650 machine, and the graphics totally suck. Level designs are very dull and uncreative, and this is just another lame commercial game. This game has several dissapointing features. First, like I've mentioned b4, the graphics... UT engine is one of the worst engine ever created! If you think UT's graphics are good, then that means you saw too much eye candy... As for the bots...only two player mods with boring skin texture? Ok, the AL of the bots are better than Q3, but the bot models also lack creativity. And they get boring just after a first glance. Weapons...better than Q3, but very unoriginal. The only weapon that can be considered original is the sniper... The rest are just a set of lame toys. And for the biggest part...Gameplay. Yes, UT has a large variety of uninteresting gameplay. And for multiplay, this game has the worst multiplay ever... You need a super fast connection... And you'll get bored after 10 minutes of multiplay... I can't understand why people thinks this extremely commercialized game is so good... It has no extreme action, gore, and technically fantastic game engine. This game is for lame people who likes commercialized games or dull action and eye candy... Well, for the huge UT fans, enjoy yourself with this trash. You will all realize that something big is coming... And you were enjoying trash... Well, I don't blame you for that though :)

Summary: UT Makes an "Ultra Kill"
Review: When it comes to addictive action games,this game is the best I have seen in a LONG while! It is more unique than it's competition (Q3) with a variety of new weapons which each have two modes of fire. It's graphics are colorful and bright. With so many ways to customize the game, the replay value is high! User created maps, modes of play, weapons, faces, skins, voices, graphics, etc... This game is not for those looking for a story line. This is an action game! A rely on your reflexes kind of game. If that is what you are looking for, This Game Is For You!

Review: I have been a deathmatch fan since the days of Doom and a shooter fan since Wof3d but I must say thr UT is my favorite. Everything that comes with UT is fun and great but when you get bored you can download modules to re-invent the game with new types of levels, matches, rules, weapons or anything else the heart desires. I wish every game could do that.

Summary: Booooooooooooooo!
Review: I have not played the full version of UT, but I can take a guess at what it would be like. I have, however "played" the demo. The reason I put played in quotes is the game was a slug. It seemed to stop to load every three seconds or so. I don't whether it was an issue with my system, but something can definitely be said about a game which loads constantly. Even if the game did work on my computer, I still would not like it. I lknow this because I played a working version (it still loaded too often) at another person's house. There is no storyline and no character involovment. I like a little story to follow along. UT and Quake 3 are the shallowest games I've ever played. All they are is run, shoot, run, shoot, run, shoot. This gets boring nearly immediatly for me.

Summary: Finally, A Game That Did Everything Right!
Review: No questions on this one. Get this game. If you are into multiplayer fragfest then this game is for you. You can play single player on it too so you can sharpen your skills for the real killers online. Take it from me. There are a lot of players out there who are soooooo good at this game. Graphics: Oh yesssss! The Unreal Engine does it again! Interface: the only thing missing is a button to heat your pizza. Gameplay: I love the smell of burning pixels in the evening. Non-stop action online. This game relies not just a quick finger but a good strategy mind too. Comes in several game types: Deathmatch, CTF, Assault, Domination, Last Man Standing.Go for multiplayer. It's what this game was made for. AI: I thought somebody was inside my computer hard case holding a mouse and playing against me. Overall: Get this game, lock your room till you score 200 points. By the way, this game comes with the Unreal Editor again just like the first one. Try learning to use this editor. It's very user-friendly!

Summary: Nice game, but overrated
Review: Well, I can't deny that this game is a good 3d action first person shooting game, but I didn't enjoyed this game so much. And even though there was a good variety of game features, none of them seemed interesting to me, and the graphics wasn't so cool compared to quake 3. Weapons; probably one of the best variety of weapons for this kinda game, but the sounds [were lacking]. And the lightning effects wasn't so impressive. Bots, cool AL, very impressive; better than Q3. Deathmatch, not so good. Assult and Domination wasn't so fun either. Team Deathmatch and Capture the flag were the best game features in my opinion. Anyways, I'm giving this game one star because this game is too overrated. Anyways, it's a good game; I just don't like this game so much, that's all.

Summary: Unreal Tournament is Currently the BEST FPS OUT THERE
Review: For those of you who are wondering whether to buy Daikatana, Quake III Arena, or Unreal Tournament, consider this review. First, Unreal Tournament's graphics are great, MUCH better than Daikatana and a little better than Quake III. Although the game is based on the original Unreal graphics engine, you wouldn't know it. UT looks spectacular. So does Quake. Daikatana does not. Gameplay in UT is great as well, the aiming is precise, and the customizability of the game is great for advanced players. My only problem with it is that it does not let me use my two side buttons on the Microsoft Explorer Mouse for anything, it recognizes the buttons as being the same as 'ALT' in the keyboard. Wierd. Wheel support in UT is great too - Shuffle weapons back and forth - in Quake, that functionality is a bit awkward. Again, in Daikatana, it's even worse. Next, speed. Performance wise, UT does need a good machine, but it doesn't need the BEST machine. I run UT fine on a PIII 500 with FireGL Pro 1000 and 128MB RAM. My other machine, a Dual Pentium Pro 200 with a Voodoo 3 and also 128MB RAM runs UT great as well. If you are considering purchasing a first person shooter right now, Unreal Tournament is the best thing out there right now.
