Rating: Summary: Best Mech Warrior yet Review: This expansion improves upon the outstanding MechWarrior 4 "Vengeance." The feel and personality of this expansion are more interesting, gritty, and (I think) true to the spirit of the original game than Vengeance. New weapons and 'mechs make for lots of interesting variations. I enjoy using the "Instant Action" missions in conjunction with extensive trips to the Mechlab to try out new configurations and strategies. I love to stomp through the first missions in a custom Daishi or a "souped-up" Uller with no lancemates! Two changes could improve this game. One, the lancemates are nearly incapable of doing a repair/reload. You have to lead them to the entrance, point them in the right direction, and get out of the way before giving the command (hoping that they don't run into the walls in the process.) Second, a practice range or series series of ranges (like the instant action in MW3, which is that game's best feature, in my opinion) would allow the player to more quickly test configurations against specified foes. That said, the MW4 instant action missions have the advantage of serving as training grounds for the campaign. The ideal would be to have both options. But all things considered this is a terrific game- ...

Rating: Summary: cool improvements Review: This game could have been a star in the petend world of expansion packs, BUT IT WASN'T, WAS IT!!! It did come close but still has a few dissapointments. Check it out brother... Graphics The same as in MW4 with every single thing alike. The environments are slighty different. The moon is red instead of green. I would of hoped the graphics would be an improvment. I'll get to that later. 100/100 Sound/Music The same again with no improvments. 85/100 Controls Same 100/100 Story MUCH DIFFERENT! The story is set in early 3063. Johanna is dead and the new Duke Ian is the prime suspect. At the end of MW4 Johanna was named Duchess. Ian's a jealeus fool. First you with Steiner (the bad guys) and later the betray you and kill your boss. so you kill Casey, Ian, Jules and get off the planet to go murder the Steiner dudes. Bad thing is you can't choose sides, they give them to you. You might think you're a mercneary, but your not. 60/100 Misc. The black market is a scam because you don't make money. The voices are even chessier the second time around. New mechs aren't that good. The weapons are ok. If this was a real game it wouldn't go, but only get it if you really liked MW4. I got it, beatit twice, put it away, and bought MW4 Mercenaries. 50/100 395/500 79.0% C+

Rating: Summary: Right on the red line Review: This game is better than the old MW4 Vengeance in terms of missions and mechs, though I was expecting better. Campaign is challenging and gritty. What I didn't like about the game is the fact that the enemy insignia of the mechs in Instant Action can't be chosen; it's always the BK Legion. Yeah, it has new weapons and so forth, and sure they make the weapon selection more varying. Other than its monotony, this game kicks ....
Rating: Summary: MW4 black Knight rocks Review: This game is the bomb the new mechs are the coolest the sunder and royoken and black Knight rock! The new wepons just kick but like Ultra AC 20, X pulse lazer, cluster bombs and all wepons have a clan vesion! The missions are harder you have to kill the people you had in the last game. So you should buy it!!
Rating: Summary: Yeah, baby! Review: THIS GAME ROCKED!!! I'm not finished with yet, but almost. I loved it- but then again, it's just more of MW4. If you liked MW4, then you'll love this. New 'Mechs, new weapons. The Sunder, Black Knight, and Ryoken. They are only the best of five. It's also got new missions, but kinda lacks the orignal plot line of the first one- it's the classic get betrayed, get hired, fight against the guys who betrayed. Still, it's got the usual great action. Good if you liked the first.
Rating: Summary: Beware of Spyware Review: While I enjoyed the expansion pack, this software and the two mech packs (clan arsenal and innersphere) contain the C-Dilla spyware. This is a copywrite protection program that installs on your machine and does not shut down after you exit the game. TurboTax also installs the program and the only way to remove it is to download and run the safecast uninstaller program from the intuit website. Including this program was a terrible thing for Microsoft to do, especially since it does not disclose the fact at any time.
