Summary: Incoming!
Review: Oh my god, this was the best FPS I've ever played, it surpassed the previous MOHs by far and set a new standard that all future FPSs will have to meet. Like the first two, this game has you doing everything from espionage to all out battle, and the graphics it uses to pull it all together is jaw dropping. However, the game is far too short, I've had it for a week and beat it two days ago, with the exception of the last few missions, the game was far too easy. When it wasn't too easy the game was far too hard, snipers would see me through a blinding snowstorm while I was ducking behind a tree trunk and would nail me 5 times before I could see their little faces sticking up out of a pile of timber.

Many missions contain NPCs, with you in a group of 5 Rangers, 3 Tank Battalion or with dozens of other troops. D-Day was awesome, having to rush bunkers on a hill with men being ripped apart all around you. Many parts of the game was exactly like Saving Private Ryan, like the D-Day mission, Spielburg did have a hand in this game after all. Definately buy this if you love war games or FPSs.

Summary: Great game (but there always is a BUT)
Review: Wow. Really, a great game. The graphics are good, but even at 800x600 with medium details the SP game starts to slow down, at least it does on my computer: P3 866 with 128 sdram and an nVidia TNT 2 m-64. But with a P4, same or higher ram, and a Geforce 2 GTS or better, this game should be smooth. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars: the HARD difficulty. On the easy skill setting, you should be able to get through the game in about 28-32 hours. But bump up to Medium and your looking at probably 34+ hours. And on Hard, well, forget it. Unless you are an avid FPS player, you will probably need about 56+ hours to complete it. As probably everyone else is saying, the Omaha Beach map is SWEET. The multiplayer version is sort of a let down, as the spawn points can start past the fence, and two of the MG42s from the SP game were removed. (a good thing? possibly)
This game has an enormus amount of web community, so explore the web and find whatever you need for the game.
Speaking of Multiplayer, get into small (4-12 players)games and get your teammates to work with you or for you and you will suddenly find that the homework you were planning on doing will have to wait for study hall that morning.......

Summary: Alright game made worse by some awful levels
Review: Yes, the graphics and sound are great. Yes, SOME of the level design is awsome (the first mission being the best). But it gets bad fast. First the realism is REALLY lacking. Enemy soldiers take one bullet to kill while you can get shot as many times as you want as long as you get "healing potions" and "first aid kits". Second, in the later levels the gameplay is reduced to playing though each section twice. Once to see the placement of each sniper, and the second to kill the now spoted sniper. This is nessisary because the Enemy can shoot you through trees, floors, doors, walls, you name it as soon as you show as much as a toe. While this might not seem bad it is because it takes ALL stealth away from these missions. No point sneaking around, the snipers will see you as SOON as you appear (sometimes sooner). And the snipers NEVER miss unless you are close to them. Oh, and a word to the wise. NEVER break the sequence of the game, it will stop working. Example: on the mission you have to escort the downed pilot to the resistance I ran back down the hill before the truck full of soldiers came attacked the church. I shot them from behind, and went into the church and killed the gaurds. I then click on the altar-thingy to open the tunnel out when it says "all objectives not complete". What happened it the AWFUL AI in the game stopped the pilot from following me. When I broke sequence the AI decided to shut-down and he just stood on the hill like an ass. Soooo, I did in fact beat it by using the "pushing" him into the church. When you move next to a character he will move aside for you, so i ended up herding the pilot into the church to beat the level, LOL... My last big complaint is the AI. Not at all what it was made out to be. To make up for the awful AI, scripted events take place to supply a endless stream of soldiers. Take for example the macine gun nests, when you shoot the soldier behind it anouther will take it's place. Just for kicks I say and shot 150 soldiers before running out of ammo. And this was in the middle of a field with no reinforcements. The game will do things like make enemies apear right behind you. Make enemies re-populate a house after you clean it out. Magically apear whenever it is least convinent. Arghhh, the bottom line is this. Great sound, graphics, multiplayer (away from the AI and scripted events), but baaaaaad gameplay.

Summary: Oscars
Review: If they had Oscars for games, this would win at least 6 of them. A masterpiece in graphics, effects, ai, sound, storyline, gameplay. The beach landing at Normandy is quite simply the best gaming experience I have ever had of 'being there'..

Summary: As realistic as you can get
Review: This game is one of the most realistic first person shooters I have ever played. The historically accurate weapons, vehicles and scenarios all greatly contribute to its fantastic realism. The scenery is magnificent and well detailed and the people look great. Though this is an ultra-realistic game, there are some unrealistic shortcomings that detract from the gameplay. For example, there is no blood, enough said about that. Next the enemy AI is equivalent to that of a rock. Also, the effectiveness of weapons against yourself seem to be seriously downgraded in everything except for multiplayer. For example, i could stand on a grenade and lose only 20 health from its explosion, whereas in multiplayer, and in real life I would die. I hope there will be a patch that will increase the effectiveness of enemy firepower. But all-in-all this is the best game i have ever played. Ultra-realistic, right down to the sounds.

Summary: Awesome
Review: The game is an awesome First person Shooter. Multiplayer rulez all. I have had the game for a week and played multiplayer for at least 20 hours. I am addicted to this game. I might even need psychological help. Single player is also very fun. I tell more about single player but buying this game for multiplayer is worth it. However, single player still deserves praise.

Summary: Almost Perfect....Almost
Review: System: Dell P4, 1.4Ghz, 256MB, GeForce32MB Video.
Experience/Recent Plays: Half-Life, QuakeI/II/II, DeltaForceLandWarrior, Max Payne, Soldier of Fortune, Rainbow Six Series, MOH(current).
I had read some reviews of this game and I purchased it based on the reviews. I'm not through it all yet. Here's my bottom line likes and dislikes.
Likes: Sound is spectacular. It's one of the best around from the FPS I've played. It very well could be the best. Graphics and visuals are incredible. Facial expressions are very good. Somewhat blocky faces up close but less than others I've played. Gameplay is outstanding. Missions are well thought out and quite varied. You won't get bored with this one quickly. Controls are perfect! They are the best layed-out controls right out of the box of any FPS I've played. Just right. Now...
Dislikes: Too scripted is right. I hate not being able to do other things in these types of games. You can't even blow apart a box if you like. Just what you're supposed to shoot. Heck, for fun, I even enjoy shooting my comrades when I'm bored but you know what? You cannot do that in this game. Not one bit. I hate that type of control over my actions in a game. That is enough to take away one star for sure, at least for me. I like freedom. For comparison(though not WWII), I really enjoyed Soldier of Fortune, though, yes, I know the visuals are about 90% of MOH, SOF is outstanding. DF Land Warrior is another I can recommend heartily for fun and outstanding Multiplayer! One other thing I don't like about this game, so far, is the lack of even a smattering of blood. I think Spieldber should have at least had a blood-off option as part of the game. Overall, worth the purchase as long as you understand these slight quirks which are enough for me to deduct one star.

Summary: More than just shoot-em-up action
Review: I've wanted a game that gives the heartbeating adrenaline rush that this game gives for a long time. There are so many levels to appreciate, so many things to look out for that one never ceases to be amazed in this game. I enjoy the stealth, the sabotage and the realism, if there is such a thing in a game In so many games, it seems the game "cheats" on you by "killing" you in ways that it shouldn't. So far, I have not run across that here. That I do appreciate. The graphics are superb and the sound effects outstanding. This must be something like war, but without the killing. It is a most satisfying game. The only quibble I have is that it is impossible to go to the prone position to make yourself a smaller target. That is a minor infraction as far as I am concerned. A good game to buy.

Summary: Yeeessss........yeeessss...............(Based on Demo)
Review: This is the game one longed for playing Quake. Like: 'what if they took this engine and did a WW2 first person shooter'

The graphics are awesome. The sound effects go even beyond that! Remember the opening sequence of Private Ryan? Yep. Even the chilling detail of bronze jacketed bullets entering flesh. And the AI is surprising. Enemy soldiers hide, dodge and crouch. And they have human aim, not Star Wars bot accuracy!

Bummers? Although it runs great at 800X600 on a P3 800, it will slide show at higher resolution. Your team is quite dumb, failing to take cover (eg: if you run and hide in a house, unless you run well into the living room, your pals will stand by the doorway and get pummeled), and they can't be cured, or given instructions. And there is no blood/guts/gore. Not even as an option. Blah.

Must have despite this. Great fun.
