Rating: Summary: One of the best FPS games I've playe in a long time Review: This games has the best graphics of any PC game that I have seen!!! The frame rate could use a bit of work, and my PC is 1.8 ghz w/ 256 RAM! It has from 500 pixels to 1000 some, i cant remember, but the only thing bad about it is the frame rate in some places. It takes a few shots to kill soem Nazis, so that makes it realistic, and the AI (artificial intellegence) is nice, and the have soem really good guns. the scilenced pistol and the sniper rifle for one, and you can carry many weapons, overall, it is well worth the money.
Rating: Summary: One of the Best Games Ever Review: How can I start? This game is an absolute gem! Graphics are very good even with 855 MHZ Geforce 256. Gameplay is totally awesome. 20 different weapons, all VERY realistically modeled and with AWESOME sound. In fact the whole game has awesome sound! Although the gameplay is very linear, it doesn't feel like it. Every level is totally new and different from the others. It is simply amazing. Then there is multi-player. That too is simply awesome. I disagree with other reviews. 56k is possible. I play with it, and although it's not easy, I can still rock. The maps are very varied and fun. Plus theres an expansion pack coming out with 12 new multi-player maps, and a new mode of play. Check this game out. You will in no way be disappointed
Rating: Summary: MOHAA, WOW! Review: I have 3 words that best describe this game, OH MY GOD!! First of all the AI in this game is amazing. Enemys throw back the grenades you trow at them, they take cover, if there are other enemys around they will sometimes dive on the grenade to save thier commrades.Awesome AI The graphics are phenomenal. You can clearly see every little wrinkle in the enemys and American's battle fatigues. The water in the game makes you wanna go for a swim, you can actually see the rigid pieces of bullets flying past you, and most of all the best part of the graphics are the facial expressions. If you are on a covert mission and you walk into a room with a enemy in it, there face will be filled with suprise. There eyes will grow wide and mouth will drop open. in the AMAZING d-day level, while you are in the boat you can see the frightened look on your allys faces. absolutly unbelievable graphics. Now, heres the best part of the entire game. the D-Day level. It borrows heavily from "Saving Private Ryan". You are in your higgins boat. The commander will explain to yuo what to do, Then the Captain screams 30 seconds. Then the door to the boat drops. ALL ... BREAKS LOOSE! The two guys in front of you get hit, bullets going everywere. Mines and mortars going off all over the beach. You have to use the metal obstacles as cover. There are people flying all over the place. Literally dozens of men either hiding or running up the beach. When and if you get to the sea wall, the Captain will order you to go back on the beach and get the bangalores. The barbed wire will blow up, then you have to get into the machine gun nest and take out the gunners. This level alone is a great reason to buy this game. Absolutly the most exciting and hard gaming experience I'v ever had. Everyone should get this game, no matter what type of games you like, it is Amazing.
Rating: Summary: BEST GAME EVER Review: If you have a high speed modem you will be playing this until the end of time. My only complaint would be a lack of multiplayer maps. But other than that this is a fun game.
Rating: Summary: MOHAA BEATS THEM ALL! Review: Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault is a brilliant one person shooter set in World War II. The great graphics and cool sounds makes it feel as if you are actually there! The sudden explosions and ambushes will have you jumping out of your seat and breaking into a cold sweat. There are six real WWII guns to choose from with a pistol and some grenades on the side. The campaign is long and challenging featuring some real missions like the Normandy Invasion. Muliplayer online is fast and features 7 awesome maps and different playing modes like objective match, round-based match, survival, or team match to make the game more interesting (You cannot play online if you have a 56k modem it will not work). Please buy the best game out there (much better then any Half Life game) and kick some Axis Butt!!
Rating: Summary: Can't get much better than this! Review: I must say, I consider myself a WW2 history fanatic. I already own Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Good game, a little bit too science fiction-ey for me. Didn't like the ghouls and monsters all that much. I really wanted a true blue WW2 FPS, and this game gives me that. Very sharp, and the missions are a blast. I love the physics of the game, the weapon selection, albiet I haven't found a flamethrower yet!, and the story is perfect. If you liked Wolfenstein, you will LOVE Allied Assault. Get it, play it, love it.
Rating: Summary: This game Rocks! Review: The realism and A.I. in this game is awesome, The ambience alone, created in each level is really a tribute to the game developers, and their skill at making you feel like you're really there in Europe during 1941-1945! The Multiplayer in this game is AWESOME, probably the best part in my opinion! But you CANNOT appreciate it without broadband at 500k or better.
Rating: Summary: Not a run-around-like-a-chicken "shooter" Review: This game is worth every penny spent. I have completed playing single player 2 times...and have been playing multiplayer ever since. While the single player mode is awesome (fantastic maps and realistic objectives), once you finish you must play online - provided you have a decent connection. Because there are so many new multiplayer maps being constantly made and available for download, you never get bored battling it out with folks online. If you are at all into playing games dealing with real life scenarios, this one super highly recommended!
Rating: Summary: The Best PC Game Out There! Review: I Bought This Game in the middle of the summer and just finished it on august 2nd. i'm not saying it sould take that long i played the game off and on. This game is awesome the sound is Unbelievable and the graphics are stunning! The Missions are long and difficult and thats what i like. there is 20 different guns you can use you blow tanks and ride in jeeps it's awseome. This game isn't easy though it took me a while to beet the game but i didn't use any cheat codes or anything like that. So overall This IS THE BEST PC GAME OUT ON THE MARKET NOW! and i highly recomend it to any one who is a fan of a one person shooter in the middle of WWII
Rating: Summary: This is quite an incredible game. Review: The first time I played this was when a good friend of mine named Peter brought it over and installed it on my computer. When I began to play, I noticed that it was very realistic. The first mission, in Northern Africa, is one of my favourites. I loved the desert atmosphere and the fact that it was all very war-movie like. It kind of reminded me of the movie "Cassablanca". The enemy and allies AI is very good. After multiple playings, you notice it is a bit too scripted for somes taste, but it's still a heck of a lot better than most games. The next mission is in the snowy hills of Norway, and what an experience. It all reminded me of a book I read a few years back that was set it Nazi occupied Norway. The snowy mountains were breathtaking, even if they were CGI. The experience of disguising as a Nazi officer and sneaking onto a U-boat and sabotaging it reminded me of the "Metal Gear" games. The third mission, storming Omaha Beach, is the part of the game that recieves the most attention, and rightly so. Having to make my way up that virtual beach was a harrowing experience, especially when playing for the first time. I was on the edge of my seat litteraly. Allthough, at parts, it lifts a little too much from the film "Saving Private Ryan". The fourth mission, Inland Normandy, is probably the best part of the game. Very WWII atmosphere, and a lot of chalanges, along with great characters (I HATE the captain at Omaha Beach, but I respect captain Ramsey, the guy in Normandy). The fifth mission is basically the same, exept further inland, and the sixth mission I have not completed yet. But overall, I was STUNNED by this game. It stands as one of the best, and I salute the developers, they did a MARVELOUS job. Oh, and one more thing. Stop complaining about the lack of blood. Including blood in this game would make it simply tacky, and I'm glad that the developers didn't make the game in a way that made it so whenever a soldier got stung by a bee their bodily fluids went spraying four feet in all directions.
