Review: Boring game. Half-Life is a modified version of Quake 2, and very lame modification of the Quake 2 game engine. CS is just as lame and boring as Half-Life. Don't believe the B.S. statistics about the number of players. Half-Life based online games must register with GameSpy, thus all servers are registered. Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament register with GameSpy OR other master servers, therefore the GameSpy statistics are skewed.If you want a fast action game, play Capture the Flag or Rocket Arena under Unreal Tournament or Quake 3. The fast action and impressive graphics will blow you away.

Review: I have been playing Counter-Strike for over a year now and have loved every minute of it. The latest release adds some weapons and changes some of the uniforms of the characters. But as with everything out there, there are some drawbacks. First, Boost your video card and memory. Do not run this on the internet without at least 128MB of memory and a good Video card with 16MB. Second, the faster your internet connection the better. I run over a cable modem and when I'm in an area with 10 or 12 other people, the video gets real jumpy. On the other side though, the support for this game is out of this world. There are sites all over the internet supporting the game and answering questions. If you are looking for a great game, look no further.

Review: Half-Life counterstrike is a wonderful Pc game. If you don't mind the violence in it, then you will have a wonderful time. Counterstrike is an on-line game. You can play with other gamers around the world. Let's start with the graphics. The graphics are great. It looks kind of like a sega dreamcast game. The re-play value is excellent because you're playing it with different skill levels each game. If you liked games like Perfect Dark or Goldeneye 007, you will love counterstrike!

Review: This is the best multiplayer game i have ever played. You get to take on the terrorists where you get to hold hostages and prevent the counter terrorists from getting them or you get to try and bomb a target. On the other hand you can be the counter terrorists you get to rescue hostages or you can prevent the terrorists from bombing a site. But there is one question. Why would you go and pay for it when you can go and download the same game off the internet for free. You can find it basically anywhere. Just make sure you get this excellent game.

Review: If you don't own this game your loosing out on the best game available, on the net! I've used computers for over 20 years. I started with a Bally then Texas Instruments, commodore 64 etc. I've played every game on the market and this game (Counter Strike) has given me literally hundreds of hours of fun much to the dismay of my wife! (Team Fortress Classic has also but this game is the next generation). CS is challenging, fun, and is the best game I've seen to force you and your team-mates to play as a team. Stay away from servers with Friendly Fire on, as you always get someone who thinks it's funny to kill their team-mates. If you like TFC or Doom or Duke Nuke'm or you own a Nintendo and like James Bond this game is a must. Don't forget you have to buy Half-Life first!

Review: This game was probably one of the best ever until.... Now even on my T1 connection it's jerky, the models are now terrible looking, and it just isn't fun to play anymore. It actually makes me sad to say, as I miss playing it.

Review: This is simply the greatest game I've ever played. I never bought the retail version, but it's the same game I've been playing since I first downloaded the beta versions of the game. I can't express enough how great this game is. If there is anyone out there who enjoys some good fps's, enjoys awesome gameplay, and appreciates a masterpiece of a game. THIS IS IT!!!! I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!
