Summary: An excellent and innovative transition of the books
Review: The game is fun. Pure and simple. The bunny is amusing and the flying dragon takes concentration and work. The ICE SLIDE is outstanding and, again, takes patience. If the game was too easy, people would complain....if it's too hard...people will complain. Bottom line is - you can't please them all. But the way they made the characters switch was a good, solidly easy play. I'm looking forward to the next one. Great job, guys & girls.

Review: The HP game RULE but from what I heard people are just ticked off the game is short and they cut stuff out. if the graphics gameplay and Challengaes are good don't whine have fun the game sounds wicked and I'm looking forward to my copy arriving and if it does stink I will post that.

Summary: Especto Patronum!
Review: The third Harry Potter pc game begins with Harry, Ron, and Hermione searching for Scabbers, the rat, on board the school train. Here, Harry meets a dreaded Dementor of Azkaban prison. Once at Hogwarts, the trio takes turns learning new spells, completing challenges, and taking final exams. They also meet escaped prisoner Sirius Black, and help save his life as well as the life of Hagrid's hippogriff, Buckbeak.

For the first time, the player becomes Ron and Hermione as well as Harry. There is only a brief Quidditch cut scene, but you can ride Beaky through hoops. You will also collect huge amounts of candies to buy collector's cards and portrait passwords as you explore the castle and grounds - don't forget the dungeons!

This game is shorter than the first two Harry Potter pc games, and the more I play the game, the more I like it. At first I was put off by the challenges, which have nothing to do with the book, but the scenes involving Professor Lupin, Sirius, Beaky, and the Dementors are exciting and the graphics are stunning. I recommend it for Muggles of all ages.

Summary: best of all Harry Poter and Ea games is this
Review: This game very mush fun filled. There are many spells. But the game is small.Even if it is small I like it becauese this game is not so easy after all there are so many thing to collect.I finished the first-two games very fast but it took me months the finish the game and also find all the wizard cards.Quidditch is not there in the game because Ea Games also made a game on in which u can be a beater,Chaser,Keeper and Seeker.Thsi is also availible on Amazon and this games name is Harry Potter-Quidditch World Cup.There is a problam in the game and thatis u can choose the characters u want.

Summary: Kind of a dissapointment
Review: This game was basically just as fun as the previous games but, like other people have said,it is about half as long as the other two games were. And I know a lot of people are gonna be pissed that there is no quidditch in this game.It was a little dissapointing but I suppose there are a whole lot of different harry potter games for just quidditch, so the makers didn't feel it was necessary to have quidditch in this one.The game is still fun, though, except it doesnt last long.

Summary: Very good, but SHORT
Review: This game was very enjoyable. But just like the first guy said, if you haven't read the book, you are left completly in the dark about sirius and peter, pretty much the whole story line. It makes you feel as it was made in a week. if it didnt have the lupin, dementors, or sirius, you wouldnt know it was prizinor of azkaban. No divination class, one short quidditch cut scene, but if you like harry potter, you should at least try it out. It took about a day to finish and beat the game. The last card is so obvious its not even funny. Enjoy the game!

Summary: Fantastic!
Review: This third installment is excellent. First, you can use all three characters - Harry, Ron, and Hermione. But I think EA could make it a bit better by letting you change characters whenever you want to, like in PS2. One of my classmates has the PS2 version, and switching between characters yourself could be cooler.

The spells are brilliant (no kidding). Carpe Retractum lets Ron fly everywhere (I'm exaggerating), and Draconifors and Lapifors allows Hermione to transfigure these statues into live animals, Glacius provides Harry a chance to deal with fire-dwelling salamanders and slide everywhere. And Expecto Patronum is quite cool, except that you don't have many chances to use it.

Hippogriff-flying may prove a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple. Still, I think EA should have let the players fly Buckbeak up to the tower to rescue Sirius themselves, instead of turning it into a cutscene.

No Quidditch (only a cutscene). I don't think that's bad. Quidditch is really frustrating anyway. I hate wasting time trying to catch the Snitch. In the previous two games, the Snitch is so prominent (it glows golden and leaves a trail of golden sparks and colour rings behind), it makes you feel it's a pain, chasing everywhere. But perhaps EA could put it as a mini-game, which would satisfy some people.

Graphics are supposed to be excellent, but then your computer's software and hardware has to be tip-top, so in most cases, the graphics might not be so good. However, it is tolerable.

The plot doesn't follow JK Rowling's book very precisely. Basically it's similar, but I hope EA could follow the plot more.

Some reviews here comment that the game is too short. If that is called too short, I suggest they play the first one again. It's about as long. All right, this one might be shorter than the second one, but it's good too. They say they can finish it in one day. How many hours do they play per day. If they play an hour and half each day, they would take five days to finish it. It's better for the eyes anyway.

I would definitely recommend you to buy it. It's a fantastic game!

Summary: It was ok
Review: this was an ok game it had its down sides some of them where it was really short. i finshed it in a day and then it got boring. i like the chamber of secrets better becuase u got to explore the castle that was so much fun the stairs look bad in this game. also i just got a bran new computer and the game came out bad on it like it would take for ever to load and also it had clitches the people would say the things more then once.

Summary: This game is great, despite its lack of length
Review: This was, I must say, agreat game! From the beginning on the Hogwarts Express/Tutorial level you move on t oHogwarts as you weave through the plot of the book. With a whole new inventory of spells, Harry and his friends can do many things. The game was however, too short. I finished it in just 2 days where I expected at least a week. EA really screwed up, they didn't have a practical use of the Marauder's Map, no Firebolt, no Hogsmede, no Quidditch! They really excluded half the book! Where was Crookshanks! Aside from that, they finally go trid of those awful tests before you learn the spells, I hated those. Great game, if you like Harry Potter, I suggest you get the game, if not, get it anyway!
